2016 is here (whether you are ready or not LOL)!
How is everyone doing? Did you have a great New Year’s Eve? If you were a Bama fan I know you did (sorry all my Sparty fans, that was rough…).
This entire week I have encouraged you to look forward and do some planning as we enter the new year. With new year day being a Friday, most people will wait until Monday to start a program. That is what I am doing for my Hammer, Chisel, RIPPED group too. So use this weekend to do any final planning for your program.
Starting Right Checklist
- Do I have my program/hybrid picked out, calendar printed, ready to go?
- Do have all the gear (dumbbells, bands, pull up bar, barbell, etc) that I need?
- Do have my calorie goal and macro goals set (ex. 2000 calories and Fat Shredder 50/30/20)?
- Is your MyFitnessPal account set up?
- Think maybe you just need a meal plan to follow?
- Are you in a Challenge Group on Facebook yet?
So that should get you started! But what if you still have a question? ASK ME! LOL
I am here to help all the time. I try to unplug some at night and then on Sundays, but I am always checking my email and the website’s comment section. So get ahold of me!
