Hey Coach, I don't know much about this program but I hear it's shorter in duration which is good because I'm often pressed for time. But I'm wondering can it be done with resistance bands? I don't have any dumbbells so I'm just curious. Thanks!

Hey Matthew, I've done some of these workouts live with Brett when I was at Beachbody HQ, but I don't own the DVD set. When I did the workouts live, no one was using bands. Everyone was using dumbbells (although there weren't a lot of weighted moves anyways). Sorry but I'd hate to give you wrong info and say you'd be fine with bands. Ask on the TBB message forums because I'd rather someone who's done the whole DVD program give you feedback than me.

Thanks! One last question: how much Capoeira is there? Are Capoeira movements included in every routine or are they limited to just the "how to" dvd?

I'm not sure Kay since I haven't done every workout. The 2 or 3 that I've done all the way through had it a time or two.

Hey coach, Have you ever seen any revabs workouts? How would they compare to P90X or Insanity? Is RevAbs more of a beginner series? Thanks for your help.

Hey Kay. Rev Abs is fun. It's not like P90X or Insanity though. It is more "dancy" if you like that type of workout. It's a good workout, but not as intense as P90X or Insanity.
