Coach did you buy the 1090's for Body Beast or were you ok with the 552's?

LanderosAdrian No I have 552s and then Powerblocks that go to 70 lbs. 1090s would great though!

Coach, quick question.  Are the Speed Clips that come with the Les Mills Pump Bar compatible with the EZ Curl bar?  Sometimes those spring collars are tough to get on and off very quickly in order to keep up with Sagi.  Thanks for all you do.

Chris, I would think so. Both use the same weights and they are 1" bars. They would just take up a little more space than the spring clips. Definitely would be faster.

Hey Coach, Quick question for clarification. Is the EZ Curl bar that's included with the weight set the same EZ Curl bar that you buy separately? In other words, a 47" 10lbs bar that fits 1" plates? I'm just asking because the dimensions aren't listed on the beach body website. Also, do you have any thoughts on Standard vs. Olympic for EZ Curl Bars? Sorry if you've addressed this elsewhere, but wanted to get your thoughts before investing the $$$. Thanks!

Nick, they are the same bars. I think you need to go with what works for you. If you have some Oly weight plates, it would make sense to just get an EZ bar. If you want a whole set, the BB bar is really nice and BB completely stands behind everything. That is really reassuring.
