Hey coach, as of now I am taking Lifetime LifeBasics plant protein shakes. How much more of a difference is this compared to shakeology? Which one will I benefit more from? Coach Wayne, I'm looking forward to getting started. I noticed that the different shake flavors also have different nutritional profiles from each other. I'm 50 yrs old and much like yourself, an old out of shape former jock! LOL Which shake would you recommend for shredding excess weight and overall health. If you run with 50%, 30% and 20%, is it okay to go under 20% on fat and add it in carbs and protein instead (I read an article you wrote and saw that almonds don´t "fit in" in the fat shreddar plan)? Nikke, 60g would be fine. I don't know that there is a set max recommendation. As much as you can, maximize whole food protein sources. Sometimes, there are other factors that limit that availability of whole food. In those cases using more whey is acceptable.

Last time I heard anything about it, the word were that maybe under December month 2012, is that correct? Do you think 120-150g of whey protein powder/day is to much? I currently use ON Golden Standard Protein. Need about that much to reach my goals of 50%,30% and 20%. My current weight are about 170 lbs (bodyfat mayby 20%), is 1800 cals/day okay or do you think I need to up the cals closer to 1900-2000/day to avoid bonking during the exercise? Have attempted P90X a couple of times and always failed after 5-6 weeks due to a back injury a.s.o. The latest exuse, my beutiful babygirl were born:) I'm gonna give P90X a go AGAIN soon (after a couple of weeks). Hey Nikke, I would up my portions of whole food to not need that much whey. That is a lot of whey! Bigger portions of chicken and tuna for sure! 1800 will be great. Just bring it in the AM and you will be all set for great fat loss. Routine is key, find what works and don't change it! P.S. And no word on Shakeology yet. Check with Beachbody's International Department for more up to date info... sorry.

He who knew no sin (Jesus) became sin on our bahalf (when He died on the cross and experienced separation from the Father) so that in Him we could be seen as righteous before God the Father. Now when God looks at me on judgement day, He won't see all my sins. He will see a complete, perfect, righteousness.
