Hey Coach Wayne I bought The Asylum challenge pack and became a coach. On day 28 my green resistance band from the Asylum pack broke and my vertical plyo dvd is skipping, is there a number or e-mail I can contact to get a replacement band and dvd

Hi coach W! How long is the Asylum program? 30 or 60 days?

I just signed up to be a coach yesterday and picked the Asylum challenge pack with it. DOes that mean that i now have shakeology coming each month on home direct or is the shakeology I bought with the challenge pack only a 1 month thing?
Hey Greg, it is set up as a home direct (autoship) order by default. But you can call coach relations anytime at 1-800-240-0913 to double check it, change it to what you want, etc.

If I become a coach can I buy the Asylum challenge pack and get 25% off or does that not work on the challenge packs?
Hey Greg, yes you can get a challenge pack and sign up as a coach. In fact, WHILE you sign up as a coach (click the "be a coach" link) then, as you are completing the coach application, you can select the Asylum challenge pack and your coach signup fee will be waived. In other words, becoming a coach is free if you do it while ordering a challenge pack. Then you just have the monthly $15 fee to maintain your coach account, which will start in month 2.
