hey coach i am on my second month of p90x and i really dont like the chest shoulders and triceps workout. I wanted to know if i can sub in body beast chest and tris for that one. Also if i do that it takes the shoulder work out because the chest shoulder and triceps is the only shoulder workout thats in that month so i would also like to sub in body beast build or bulk shoulders for yoga x. So it would look like this.
day 1 body beast build chest and tris and ab ripper x
day 2 plyometrics
day 3 p90x back and biceps ab ripper x
day 4 body beast build or bulk shoulders
day 5 p90x legs and back
day 6 kenpo x or beast cardio
day 7 rest
