@stephentroop25 V1 is the starting point, V2 goes from there. V1 has less choreography and the workouts are easier to follow right of the bat. V2 takes a bit to get the footwork down. Both are tough, but with V1 you can get right into it sooner without learning all the moves. V2 has 2 lift days thought as opposed to just Strength in V1. They were intended to be done Volume 1 and then 2.
