Q: I already have a coach, but would like to be coached by you. Can I switch coaches?
A: Yes, you can make the coach switch, and here is how to do so: you simply have to send a one line email to firstname.lastname@example.org telling them that you want WAYNE WYATT, coach # 180334 at email@example.com to be your coach. Make sure to include your FULL NAME and email address and to copy me on the email so I can follow up.
Q: How do you benefit from being my coach?
A: The way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission off of any Beachbody products that you would purchase, whether it be a program, supplement, or equipment. It helps compensate me for the time I spend helping you out and answering your questions! You can purchase all Beachbody products from this site just by clicking on them. Thanks! With that said, rest assured that I will always give you my honest opinion about what did and didn’t work for me. I won’t try to sell you something I don’t use and believe in for myself. I know that money is hard to come by, and I will make sure that you make the most of your budget.

Coach, my wife is currently doing p90x with me and she is pregnant.....do you believe shakecology is a good food suplement for her to continue during her pregnancy?

Wayne, I am just finishing up 90 days of P90X/insanity hybrid and I ordered P90X 2. I am at 11% body fat and I was 18% when I started. I want to bring in my lower abds. I was curious if you think I should do P90X 2 right away or do a couple of weeks of insanity before I start P90X 2?

Hello Coach Wayne. The workout bug has hit me, and it's hit me hard. I would like you to be my coach as I get ready to start p90x this coming week. I just received the DVDs, the equipment, the supplements are one the way and should be here Tuesday, and I threw out all of the junk food (very hard but necessary). The next thing I need is a coach to keep me motivated and someone that I can trust to answer my questions. het coaxh wayne i just found ur site n i think its great for people who are serious about there bodies and getting in shape. i just recently order insanity and im still waiting for it to come in but i would like some tips for it before i actually start it so i can maximize my results im pretty knew to this. ive never dieted the right way like you do but i really want a 6 PACK! ive already lost 30 pounds just by myself with running track n working out after i was a pretty stocky kid at the time im 5'3 and 146 right

Thanks for the speedy response, as always! I have really only noticed it in my biceps. It just could be a figment of my imagination...first week of p90x went from 167 to 158 and am now at 155ish I have transformed physically...alot stronger, muscle striatuons, vascularity, all that tou want...really lean, obviously, but really struggle to put on any weight...i have gotten kind of self conscious about it. Any tips on gaining would be great. How do I sign up as you being my "coach". I got some "free" p90x2 forms a whole back, but free meant I had to sign up under another guy. I would really rather sign up under you, as I visit your site all the time and you are local to me..
Just starting Phase 3 of p90x2 after doing p90x twice. I really like x2, but I seem to have lost a little of my muscle mass while doing x2. Just looking for your 2 cents...

Hey there Coach Wayne, I just signed up for you to be my coach, and will be starting my first round of P90X, the beginning of March, as I need to purchase some equipment before I actually start the program. I just have a couple of questions for you. First one, I was wondering if I am able to purchase the needed equipment through you? I already bought the P90X off of Craig's List, I will be purchasing the list of what you suggested in your "must have" sections, and would like to purchase it through you if possible. Second, because I have been fairly active, and feel my cardio is decent right now, I was wondering if I could perhaps do a Hybrid with P90X/Insanity instead of the regular P90X Cardio for my first time? Hi coach Wayne I've looked at your website and some videos and I Am very impressed. I would like to know if you would Work with women too and if so have you helped post pregnancy? This April I am expecting my 4th child in 4yrs via csection which has Caused havoc on my body, however I believe that this can be Changed. I've been doing p90x here for the past couple of weeks but taking a few extra days off just trying to get used to the exercises while i was waiting on my supplements to get in i was wondering what the best times to takes each supplement would be if i have the recovery drink, shakeology, and EAS protein powder. I was taking 2 scoops of EAS in the morning with my breakfast a pure protein snack before lunch then i workout when i get home at 8. And i was taking 2 more scoops after my workout to try to get my % right. I was wondering when u thought the best time to put in the shakeology and whether or not i should be taking the R&R at the begining because of how many carbs it has.
Hi Coach Wayne! I just made the request of adding you as my coach. I'm starting P90x on Tuesday. I am 6' tall, weighing about 155-158 pounds, with 11% body fat, relatively fit. I want to lose some body fat while gaining mass (not too much though) and muscle. Am I right to assume that I should do the fat shredder phase for about a week, 2500 calories, and then switch to energy booster?

@Trev21 Beast Abs and the ab routine from the 21 Day Fix are good picks at 10 minutes. But ARX is not that long... drop a couple sets if you need to speed it up, or just go faster than Tony :-)
@leflange That is one you really need to check out with her doctor. They will want to read the label and make a judgement. Not being her doc, I couldn't do that.
@Isela11 Nutrition is the key with any program. How has your nutrition been? What is your calorie goal? Are you running fat shredder? No Cheating?
Shawn I think X2 would be perfect. Keep you muscles confused and strengthen your core. If you are dying for a change, Insanity would be fine too.

Hey Jeff, I haven't lost any muscle mass, and I haven't heard that from any of the 600 people doing P90X2 in our X2 crew. IDK why you would be experiencing that without more info on your diet and your weight and body composition changes. If you want my 2 cents, read tomorrow's coach check in on the site if you didn't get one via email (I emailed it today to everyone I coach). Keep bringing it! Find what works for you and go for it!

Hey Koby! Looking very forward to having you on the team! Sure, you can purchase any of the items and I'll get credit. You just have to either log into your new teambeachbody account and "shop" or click on any of the links on my site ("programs", "gear", "supps"). If you feel like the P90X cardio is lighter than you want, you can do a hybrid with Insanity. But try the P90X cardio first and see what you think.

Hey Logan, I would recommend you take the Shakeology and a scoop of the whey at breakfast, the recovery drink immediately after your workout (but only 1 scoop), and then one more scoop of whey before bed. You can also take another scoop or two of the whey during your day depending on what you have for meals and snacks to get up to the correct totals on protein for your day.
Hey Nick! Welcome! Yes you should start with the fat shredder plan until you get your body fat close to where you want it, which I assume will take longer than a week. It may be a month or so. At that point, then you'll want to transition. Hey Mark, using weights (like dumbbells) won't stunt your growth at all. You don't want to get into powerlifting at your age (deadlifts, heavy squats, etc) because that's just not necessary at your age.
