Coach what is your opinion on garcinia cambogia?  Is there any validity to this giving an edge to weight loss and an increase in metabolism or is this all total nonsense?

Hi coach

     Question I've done 15 weeks of T25 (Alpha, Beta, Gamma) went down from 225 to 198. Im thinking of doing Body Beast (Lean) still got like 10 pounds to loose. Now im just not sure on what to do with the calories (keep them on deficit or not) since I want to gain muscle but also loose the 10 pounds. Also can I take Super Suma at the beginning or should I wait until I reach the weight I want. Thank you.

Still waiting for my P90X system to arrive but I want to ask you about Shakeology. I know it´s a great supplement and all, but, if I don't use Shakeology but work out to the max and watch my diet as I should, can I still expect the good results everybody else is getting?

 

In other words. Is taking Shakeology a must if I want to succeed with P90X?

Hey coach, is it okay to mix supplements. For example, I work out in the morning can I take E&E and creatine together or protein and creatine in the afternoon mixed together..

Hey Coach, I'm three weeks into your P90x, Insanity hybrid. (loving it)On the days I'm doing Insanity, post workout I'm taking the P90x recovery drink. My question is do I still want to supplement Glutamine and a monohydrate Creatine? The recovery drink has it in it, but wondering if it's a large enough dose?

Hey Coach, I was wondering about this for a while now and I just can't really decide on what to do so I thought I would get a another opinion on it. Im currently taking Kre Alkalyn 1500 and I like the stuff a lot. But I'm going to do the Body Beast and I was wondering if i should switch out my kre Alkalyn for the Max Creatine or just some creatine mono from the stuff here? what's your take on the idea?

Hey coach I have a question. I'm on week three and today is my ploy day. The past two weeks I bonked out bad during this workout because I pushed way to hard. Today I tried something different like tony orton did I mixed my recovery drink with my water and didn't bonk not one time and went through the whole workout. Do you recommend this.

Could reducing my carb intake be the problem.During the 90 days i had more than enough protein but most carbs were from fruits and vegetables and only egg whites and oatmeal in the mornings.

Hello Coach Wayne... I am looking to start P90X Classic and was wondering if I should take anything like N.O XPLODE or anything like that? My weight is around 230-240 and I am afraid that if I take any supplement that it will hinder my progress. Should I hold off on taking any supplements until I lose some weight first? Any information will greatly be appreciated!

Hello coach I was wondering which supplement is better myotein or results and recovery formula? XtraMile, you can get great results without Shakeology. If it doesn't work in your budget, it doesn't work. I believe Shakeology helps you get the absolute best results. Shakeology also helps ensure optimal health. Results are one thing, health is the ultimate goal.

 @CMcDonald  That is completely fine. I would take the E&E and then the creatine post workout. But yes, you can take them together.

 Many things can contribute to Low T.  For me, I was Hypothyroid and as a result of gaining weight I developed Sleep Apnea.  The disrupted sleep and low metabolic rate killed my T levels.  So if you are over weight and/or snore, get checked for sleep apnea.  Also being overweight in general has been proven to lower Testosterone.  I would start there because Testosterone Therapy can permanently shut down your own bodies production of the hormone.  Good luck to you.

 @Kevin W Ward That's one I would just talk with the doctor about. You can mention D-Aspartic Acid and see if he knows anything more. But I would trust the professional.

Tiger, you will still want to supplement with more. The amounts in the R&R are very small. I would use it every day that you earn it. If you are diggin' deep with Insanity, you'll earn it!

Hey Matt, you sent me an email Wednesday at 12:44, which I replied to at 1:03 -- pretty quick response if you ask me :-). Then you sent me an email today at 12:36 (less than an hour ago) requesting the sample, which I put into my to-do list. It takes longer than an hour to receive a sample in the mail LOL (just playing around). But yeah, you'll get a free sample from me the next time I get to the post office and mail them, which should be the start of next week. Hope you like it man, and keep bringing it!!!

Joseph, if you are getting good results with KreAlk there is no reason to switch. If you'd like to try something new, go for it! KreAlk is just pH buffered and therefore requires a smaller effective dose.

Dominic - Two scoops is fine. Just make sure you earn it and really bring it during the workout. Otherwise it is wasted carbs.

Robert - That is a great way yo make sure you are fueled during a strenuous workout. Just make sure that you don't do two servings of R&R, that's be a lot of simple carbs!

It's hard to say George. Did you track your nutrition? What % of protein, carbs, and fats did you take in? How often did you eat? Did you cheat on the diet? And how did you measure body fat? There are many possibilities George. I have no idea since this is the first time you've ever posted. Most likely you didn't follow the nutrition plan properly, cheated on the diet, skipped workouts, and didn't supplement with protein to keep your muscles strong. So rather than lose body fat and get stronger, you simply lost weight by dieting, and some of what you lost was muscle. And how are you concluding that you didn't lose body fat? Are you measuring body fat with something? Or are you simply looking in the mirror and still seeing that you aren't ripped?

Yes, C4 is a good PWO. There re many good PWO supps out there. It's a matter of finding the one you like best.

Hey Mohammad, Myotein is a protein powder. It's a good one, but it's not a recovery drink. It has a different purpose. Myotein is a good protein. But for post-workout, you'd be better off with a recovery drink like Results/Recovery.

Hey Mohammad, that's okay, but it's a "cheap" brand. You can get something like Dymatize Iso 100 for about the same price (or even a little less) and it's FAR better quality. It's about $55 for a 5 pound tub (this is $20 for a 1.5 lb mini-tub). You can get the Dymatize from Allstarhealth.com.

@CoachWayne @Dan J Carper it's in a product called Results from AtLargeNutrition (as well as many others). I guess Lucine breaks down into HMB but not in the same quanities as the supplement provides. Supposedly coupled with creatine, they work synergistically together for even greater strength gains. Check it out!
