I am on day four of Body Beast and am supplementing with Whey protein and Creatine and Shakeology. I am confused regarding what would be the optimum timing for my supplements. I work midnight to 8am and have a one hour commute each direction. I usually sleep 11am to 6pm. Would you suggest working out immediately after waking up, then drinking my whey protein and creatine and waiting to eat a meal? Or, would you suggest having a meal upon waking and work out after? How long after eating should I wait to work out? Would Shakeology be a good first meal of the day, or is it more beneficial to drink it some time during the mid-"day"?
