Ran a 5k on my honeymoon in Maui. Haven't run in months. Ended up finishing 7 overall. Was 3rd until the last 1/2 mile when both calves locked up. PT stated to do more butt excercises to help with my weak calves. Thought about doing this. Good workout, or should I just throw the legs/back back into the routine?
