Coach Wayne, I've started exercising and keeping my diet around or below 1800 calories per day. I have lost 42 lbs since June but it is getting too cool to swim outdoors daily and I am wanting to transition to Power 90 and some walking on the treadmill. I still have just under 100 lbs to loose to get to my goal. Is Power 90 a good fit for me? I have been swimming a half mile a day about 6x per week, breast stroke since a rotator cuff issue isn't compatible with free style. I've read some of your "fat shredder" recommendations and that sounds like a good plan for me, too. Please advise. I am in this for the duration and just want to be faithful in eating and exercise one day at a time.
