Coach Wayne, I've started exercising and keeping my diet around or below 1800 calories per day. I have lost 42 lbs since June but it is getting too cool to swim outdoors daily and I am wanting to transition to Power 90 and some walking on the treadmill. I still have just under 100 lbs to loose to get to my goal. Is Power 90 a good fit for me? I have been swimming a half mile a day about 6x per week, breast stroke since a rotator cuff issue isn't compatible with free style. I've read some of your "fat shredder" recommendations and that sounds like a good plan for me, too. Please advise. I am in this for the duration and just want to be faithful in eating and exercise one day at a time.

Hey Brad! Congrats on the progress. That's awesome! Yes, Power 90 would be a great fit for you to keep you rocking it all winter long.

Hey Coach, I was going to buy one of these programs, but what do you suggest, should I buy one of the Power 90 series or just buy the P90x? I am 42 and have not exercised for some time now.

Hey Stephen, that's totally up to you. P90X is more challenging, but P90 is also a great workout program. You can either start with P90 or you can jump into P90X and modify the moves where needed until you work up to them (they show you modified moves on the videos).
