Hey Coach, LMP sounds like a great program for me right now. My concern is that I travel a lot for work. You know that some hotels have great gyms, most do not. Do you think while I'm on the road I could use bands or in some cases dumbbells (when available) to continue the program? I hate missing workout days!

Hello Coach Wayne, After two rounds of P90X, one round of P90X2, and a round of P90X/p()X2 hybrid, I am looking for something fresh and new. I was considering Les Mills Pump. However, I am concerned that I may lose some of my gains by completely changing my routine. Would you suggest starting with a P90X2/Les Mills Pump hybrid right away or completing a round of Les Mills Pump before incorporating X2? I remember being concerned when leaving P90X for X2 the first time around. -Allan

Coach, I'm going to give this a try. I'm going to mix this with Insanity. Insanity in the AM, BPump in the PM - 2adays! I hope I don't burn out. Wish me luck!

I'm not sure if I missed it some where but how long is this program? Thank you Coach!

GS, LMP being barbell based might be hard to modify with bands. Dumbbells could work, you would just have to experiment with hand positions to mimic the barbell.

Allan, I don't think I would do it as a stand alone program. It is very heavy on cardio and muscle endurance. It is great for high rep, muscle toning, cardio. It would perfect to pair with P90X2 in a cutting/toning hybrid. I think you would have a lot of fun with it!

Good luck Johnny! You'll have a blast. That's the perfect high intensity hybrid for max calorie burn with the resistance training you need to be lean and strong.

Hey Adrian, it comes with a 90 day calendar, but you can either follow it as planned or incorporate it into a hybrid with a cardio program like Insanity or Turbo Fire.
