Coach, I have the first eight 1 on 1 vol 2 workouts and am l want to purchase 100/30/20 and possibly upper body balance but it seems very similar to P90X2 workouts. What is your opinion? Is upper body balance worth the purchase if I already have P90X2?

 @Patrick B If you already have X2, I don't think it would be worth it. Do you have any Vol 1 workouts? 30-15, Diamond Delts, and Just Arms are classics and GREAT!

Hey Coach, if I were to get two 1 on 1 workouts, which one would you pick? I'm leaning toward the 30-15 that you've talked about but I'm not sure what else to get. I believe I have the mammoth UML and FoY Yoga from my P90x boxset. I'll be getting the 3 extra insanity discs for the strength training and insane abs and I wanted to get a couple 1 on 1s for my next round of P90x/Insanity Hybrid. What would you suggest?

Coach, I am trying to see if I can order an additional upper body workout. I really liked Mommouth 1-1 and Yoga 1-1 that I received with my P90X. I click on the buy now and nothing really happens. Could it be my browser? Which one do you recommend for upper body? I am trying to find something to substitute Back and legs.

Hey Marlon, when you click buy now it should route you to your teambeachbody account, and if you have pop up blockers or ad blockers that could be why it isn't redirecting you. For upper body, I really like 30/15 (pullups and pushups to the max), Just Arms (fun bicep tricep forearm moves), diamond delts (all shoulders), and killer abs (lots of situps). P.S. Looks like teambeachbody is having issues with their site today so that might be the problem, rather than your browser. It's hanging up when I try it as well.

Hey Coach, If you had to pick two, which of the following would you choose: 30/15, Diamond Delts, Just Arms, Killer Abs? I'm good with the cardio portion of my life (especially after Asylum got delivered!), but I was just looking for a little variety for upper body muscle growth/ARX. Hey Coach, I was just wondering if there was a good alternative workout for Legs and Back. I have mix all my workouts up but this one since I dont have a comp. leg workout. Maybe any of the new OoOs would be a good sub, I only have the first and second OoOs

Hey coach Wayne. I'm interested in expanding my one on ones I'm just not sure what's involved in all of them. Some are self explanatory but others I have no clue what they workout. Ie 100 30 20 or mammoth uml etc. Could I get a brief rundown on their meanings? Thanks

Hey Nathan, there are 30 second video snippits of every 1-on-1 on the teambeachbody website, so that's probably the easiest way to see what the various ones are. I don't even own half of them because I primarily focus on the upper body lift workouts from the 1-on-1's. Although I love Plyocide and killer abs as well.

ok awesome thanks Wayne, also i just bought a 10lbs tub of the protien powder i use for $120 30grams protien only 140 cals, nothing else really in it but protien, and its chocolate peanut butter, mixed with the chocolate shakeology its just like your reese shake u make, without having to add the peanut butter... its like the greatest thing ever, i just want to drink shakeology all day now..lol

awesome thanks! how many med balls? i have 1, i am asuming i need at least 1 more, or 3 more? also out of the leg workouts which one is the better one? the leg and back workout from P90X is just lame, i normally just do my own leg workouts with weights, mind you doing Insanity workouts with the ankle/wrist weights have really put some extra def into my legs. But i was just wondering if their was an actual good leg workout somewhere in there or should i just stick to doing my own thing and the insanity workouts for leg workouts? Also are the ab workouts worht getting? Killer abs? Ap ripper extended? etc?

Hey James, you actually need 4 med balls for Chest back and balls! But you can sub basketballs or soccer balls if needed. You also need a big stability ball. I don't do any of the leg workouts from the 1-on-1's so I'm not much help there. I've done butt and belly a few times. It's decent, but hardly a big leg resistance workout. Killer abs is very good. I like it a lot. ARX2 is also very good but a little too long to incorporate effectively (it's about 45 min long, but he talks a lot in it so you have to FF a lot to speed it up).

Wayne, I just got the PAP in the mail and havent even opened it yet. Did your "practice" version include the whole thing or was it strictly an upper or lower? Just curious if the whole thng is like a total body plus or where else it may fir into a hybrid.

Hey Mike, I started off practicing the PAP you just got, but for the PAP Upper that I did for filming, they switched the lower body portion with another Upper Body Complex, and they changed up the other Upper body complex some as well (still had renegade rows and plyo pushups, but then went to 2 different plank moves instead of the 4 ball hold and stretch). The second Upper body complex had towel pullups, shoulder presses with leg up, medicine ball pikes, and a flexibility move. I'll have to share more later when I'm allowed to!

Hey coach Wayne, I have a question about the different yoga cd's. I've seen the short 30 second trailers for patience humming bird and yoga mc:2, but what makes them different from each other and p90x yoga?

Hey Austin, you are asking the wrong guy because I hate yoga and to me it's all the same -- goofy moves that are glorified stretches and only "hard" because your body doesn't want to be in that position! LOL! The only Yoga DVD I do is Fountain of Youth yoga from the 1-on-1's, and the only reason I do that one over the others is because it's shorter. Sorry .... that's my take on it, right or wrong!

Hey Aaron, the next 1-on-1 to ship is PAP, which I did several times as prep for my P90X2 filming. The 1-on-1 PAP is full body, but for P90X2 they made 2 separate PAP workouts (an Upper and Lower), and changed many of the moves. This PAP 1-on-1 is tough though! You'll love it. It will be the next one to ship.

Hey Coach, I am not familiar with any of the one on ones. What are a few that would be good for substituting for yoga x on recovery weeks and for my thursdays every now and then?

Justin, for subbing for Yoga, Fountain of youth yoga is probably the only real alternative (no one really likes the Patience Hummingbird yoga). Either that or just stick with Core Synergistics as a sub for yoga. And for your third lift day, I like several 1-on-1's = 30/15, Just Arms, Diamond Delts, the New Shoulders and Arms, V Sculpt, and Chest Back and Balls (but you need med balls for that last one).

Coach, 2 Questions: 1) How soon before I can order V-sculpt as a single? I see it's out for those on the auto ship monthly plan but don't see it available yet as a single. 2) Is there any way to order individual DVD's from P90X plus? I'd like to get just the upper body and total body workouts but don't want the rest.

Hey Mark, the only way you can get the V-Sculpt right now is to subscribe to the autoship monthly 1-on-1 Vol. 3 series (which you could do and then just call back and cancel before the next one comes out). The other option is to just wait until all the subscribers get it first, then order it as a single (which will probably be next month that you can do that.) And as for P90X Plus, they only sell it as a 4 disc set (not as individual discs), so there is no way to only get the Upper Body Plus without the others.

Coach Wayne, I'm gearing up for Round 4 in a couple of weeks. I'm currently doing a P90X/P90X+/Insanity Workout hybrid and am looking to add some One-On-Ones focusing on the upper body. I'm thinking Upper Body Massacre / Just Arms or Shoulders & Arms / Diamond Delts / Butt & Belly (Looks fun!). What are your favorites? What are the best for upper body workouts?

Brett, my favorites are Just Arms and the Volume 3 version of Shoulders and Arms. Upper Body Massacre is a great and tough chest and back workout. I probably won't use Diamond Delts in my Round 4 Hybrid (since I like the new Shoulders and Arms better). And Butt & Belly is fun but not as good as the upper body lift workouts in my opinion.

I like it. It's just 24 rounds of pushups and pullups, various positions, and it takes 60 minutes. It's a tough one!
