I have a great deal of experience and expertise with the hardcore Beachbody programs (P90X, P90X2, Body Beast, Insanity, T25, 1-on-1′s, Asylum Volume 1 and 2, P90X Plus). If this is right up your ally, make me your coach by clicking the link below!
However, I acknowledge that I cannot be all things to all people. One thing I’m very proud of is that not only have I transformed myself through the Beachbody workout programs and supplements, but so has my wife Anita. We have unique insights that we share with the teamRIPPED community. While I may have started the teamRIPPED community, she has been the “woman behind the man”! It’s a family affair! And since we each come at it from a very different perspective, I believe that we can help people with a wide variety of needs to meet a wide variety of goals. I like going big or going home with the extreme workout programs and a focus on getting ripped and muscular. Anita likes to approach life with the broader focus on health and well-being, using her fitness and nutrition as tools to better enjoy life.
Coach Anita can provide tips and advice to our teamRIPPED ladies out there! She’s used P90X, Insanity, P90X Plus, Brazil Butt Lift, and Power 90, Les Mills Pump, Combat, and Turbo Fire. But her FAVORITE workouts are Chalean Extreme and T25. If you are a lady, make Anita your coach by clicking the link below!
Making either of us your coach is totally free!! And no matter who you sign up with, you will be part of teamRIPPED! We just like to make it a family affair, which enables us to cater to each team member’s specific needs. When you click to make either one of us your coach, you will be asked to fill out a short form, setting up your free teambeachbody account. Once you do, you will immediately be part of teamRIPPED! It’s free, and once you are on the roster, we will send you an email welcoming you to teamRIPPED and giving you some tips to getting the most out of your workout programs and this website!
**NOTE** If you already have a teambeachbody account, clicking the above links won’t make you a member of our team. You will just be redirected to your current account. You can still join our team, but you’ll need to email me at email@example.com for details.
As your coaches, we are here to help motivate and support you through your own fitness journey! Through our own transformations, we have become passionate about these programs and supplements, and we are excited to help others transform their bodies and get passionate about it too! We have learned a lot about how to maximize these workouts, the nutrition, and the supplements. Let us help you maximize your results as well!
TeamRIPPED is the place for you!!!
Hi Coach Wayne,
Your story is definitely inspiring, and I see that you've coached a ton of people who've also achieved greatness.I used to work out for years but about 5+ years ago work and life got in the way and I stopped. I did some of P90X a few years back, and last year started Insanity and did it for about 2 weeks but life got back in the way. This time I'm ready to commit 100%.
I'm just getting back into the mindset of working out and am planning to do P90X3, and am still looking for a coach and had some questions. Do you feel that you are still a good coach to a guy like me who is pretty much at the starting point again? I sure would love to be in the condition you are, but I know it will take years. Does it make sense to choose a coach that is maybe not as fit so their meal plans, diet recommendations, and all the other recommendations align closer with what I am doing? Or should I not really worry about that since my own eating will be custom to my own needs, and you will be able to help me align my needs with the nutrition guides anyhow.
Do you recommend P90X3? I don't have a ton of time in life still, but I can definitely carve out 30-45 minutes a day.
Hi Coach Wayne,
I am 3 weeks post shoulder surgery. Since my injury and surgery I have gained a significant amount of weight. I am limited at this point to what I can do as far as workouts go. I have insanity and T25. I have done insanity in the past and know I can modify push-ups/plank, upper body type movements. Which program would you suggest I go with for optimal weight and fat loss? (I also have p90x, p90x2, and p90X3 which I cannot do at this time.)
Hey coach, wanted to see what I should do next, I started at 226 and down to 205 with focus t-25 and I got one more week left, should I do p90x or should I just keep going with focus t-25, its a great workout, I got p90x and picked up p90x2 off off groupons.com for 185.00 with all the mechine balls and rollers and bought p90x3 also when it got released off of your website, what direction should I go, brian
HIi Coach ! I follow a good diet.
Is it permissible for me to eat some sweets or fried potatoes sometimes.
Hi Coach Wayne! i saw your results in your website and all i can say is WOW! YOU ARE INSPIRING!
Hey Coach Wayne I would like to begin my journey today, and keep pushing play for the est of my life. Could you please send me an email jeajuatgmail.com and join me in my journey?
Hey coach Wayne,
I emailed you but I never got an answer. I wanted to make you my coach but I was assigned a free coach, and I have to go through a process, and I was wondering if you could help me with that. I would want to start P90x3 on January 13th, and I'd really like to have you as my coach by then. My name is Kevin
Hi there. I just joined Teamripped after having finished phase 1 of Insanity. I´m 153 pounds and 5.87 ft tall. I need help with my diet. In terms of macronutrients, I´m spot on, just eating great food. Plantains, Sweet Potatoes, Salmon/Chicken, skim milk, egg whites, no bread, no pasta, whey protein, apples, bananas, WATER (1 gallon), eventually some fat free yogurt, nuts... its been pretty decent. I´ve lost about 2.36inch around my stomach and my goal is to shed off 3.5 inches in total. I´m pretty sure I´m undereating now... where I live (Brazil) the metric system is different...counting calories and translating recipes is just A LOT of trouble. I think I was doing better during the first month when I was eating more (probably a good ol 800kcal more)... then I started freaking out thinking I could totally maximize my results if I ate less. STUPID. I can eat the same stuff everyday. I´m a beast. I just need some sound advice in terms of what my plate should look like (serving size) and what would be a smart calorie cut to go for.
Hope this helps:(6.23 x 152.119) + (12.7 x 66.5354) – (6.8 x 32) = 1575.10 x1.7 = 2677.67 kcal
OK.....I read the post regarding the "...for losers". So... should I reduce my calorie intake and change the percentages? Changing to 50p/30c/20f is probably the way to go. Right now....3200 calories minus 600 calories should be sufficient? So possibly maintain a 2600 calorie/day seems a little more reasonable. Still want to lose some of the body fat but also gain mass.
Thanks for the help. This is my biggest struggle right now....finding the right nutritional balance for the program I'm on. Dedication and commitment are right on! No worries there!
Howdy to all! Started Day 1 of the Lean Program for Body Beast and feel great. Here's my challenge.....since I'm at 25% body fay (yuk)...I have to consume approx 3400 calories/day. It's lunch time, and I've only consumed 1000 and I'm stuffed! I feel like if I eat anymore, I'm going to explode! It feels like if I keep eating, I'll gain more weight than what I need to. Is it just day 1 jitters and eventually my metabolism will catch up? Or just forget about it and keep plugging away regardless?
hey coach! im new in beachbody and im trying to make you my coach but i dont know how to found you! I click make coach wayne your coach but it sends me to the main page of beachbody.com! so whats name I can use to find you?
Thanks for the inspiration
Wayne, You and your family are quite an inspiration. I have learned a great deal in the past few weeks by reviewing your site. I am almost 43 years old and have finished round 1 of P90X dropping 30lbs and two pant sizes. Started round 2 and even more excited to get it completed to move to X2. I would love for you to be my coach so I will send the email to team beach body and copy you. TeamRipped is the place to be. You can definately tell the passion you have for everything. Scott
Hi Wayne. I just want to say I love your TeamRipped Page, although I´m not able to make you my coach because I´m from Germany (I´d really love(!) to make you my coach anyways...)
Nevertheless, I read lot´s of your nutrition/exercise/diet/Supps-Tips. Fantastic! I´m at the end of Phase 2 of P90x and did "Fatshredder 1700-1800kcal" since the beginning. I so far lost about 20 pounds (starting at 190lbs, end of Phase2 170lbs at 5´9"). Progress is awsome- thanks to YOU and your Homepage!
Great Job, Wayne! You brought- and still bring- motivation back to me doing the best I can with P90X!
Thanks and my outmost respect to you giving people like me tips for free!
Juergen (btw: pls excuse my english as it is not my mothertongue)
Hi Wayne. I just selected you as my coach. Is it ok if I email you some questions. Im on week 7 of insanity and while I am losing weight it seems its in the wrong areas. I need some guidance. Thanks.
Hey man, I'm just starting the third week of p90x and I have a boatload of questions. How do I make you my coach if I already have a teambeachbody.com account and a coach?
@TajeddineELmachi No change. Stay consistent with your diet, even during recovery weeks.
@FSA I would still love to coach you! I still coach tons of people, that is why I do this :-)
You nutrition plan will be custom to you and I think what helps the most with a coach is having someone who has been there and done it. I have and will help you every step of the way.
If time is limited, X3 is a great choice! True 30 minute workouts that will push you. If you are ready to commit, just let me know and we can get you dialed in! Talk to you soon!
@apacheco3090 Either are great picks. Insanity will be more bang for your buck with it's longer workouts. The biggest thing is nutrition. You need to get that locked in. That is why you have gained weight. The lose of activity played a part, but the biggest thing is always nutrition. I would personally pick whichever program interests you more and you feel most confident modifying. I hope you heal up soon!
@BrianWoolf I might go to the original P90X in your spot. That will give you much more strength training and a great base to do any other program after that. X2 and X3 will really benefit from having more strength after P90X. Nice work man!!!
@TajeddineELmachi What are your goals? Are you tracking? If you track those things and include them in your budgets, then that is fine. If you are really going for ripped, I would hold off.
@jce360 Awesome man! I am here to help. The best way is through comments or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). I will write you back through TBB too. Talk to you soon!
@SJ Just send me an email at coachwayneteamripped.com if you need anything or comment here and ask away!
@tikev92 Hey Kevin, I don't see an email. Sorry about that man! If you already have a teambeachbody account, you will have to make a coach "switch" to choose me, which involves sending an email to email@example.com telling them you want WAYNE WYATT #180334, at firstname.lastname@example.org to be your coach. Then CC me on the email so I can follow up with them and be sure the switch is made. But until then, I would love to still coach you and help you out!
@skinnyserj I wouldn't know where to start for converting your meals. Are you using MyFitnessPal.com? I know they have metric entries for many items. I would pick one calorie goal and stick with it. Kcal and Cal are the same measure.
@strwrestlr Just realize that maintenance is the slowest way to lose fat and gain. Those goals are opposed. I would really recommend cutting and then going to maintenance and into a bulk. If you are ok with a long journey, then maintenance is fine. I just like maximizing for one goal and then changing gears. Have you ever read: www.teamripped.com/big-ripped-or-small-ripped ?
@strwrestlr Congrats on Day 1!
@strwrestlr Give it a little time. Check out www.teamripped.com/im-stuffed
If you are going for fat loss, I would not be eating 3400. Lean Beast with that nutrition plan is not enough. Check out: www.teamripped.com/body-beast-is-for-losers
@Scott2270 Thanks Scott! I got the copy. Glad to have you joining teamRIPPED!
Juergen, so glad to help! You may not be able to be an official member as far as TBB is concerned but you are sure a true teamRIPPED member in my book. Way to go man! That is huge progress. Keep it up and bring it!!!
@Harvey76 Absolutely! Send me emails at email@example.com Can't wait to help!
Hey Alex, If you already have a teambeachbody account, you will have to make a coach "switch" to choose me, which involves sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org telling them you want WAYNE WYATT #180334, at email@example.com to be your coach. Then CC me on the email so I can follow up with them and be sure the switch is made.
I'm looking forward to having you on my team and helping you reach your goals.
@CoachWayne Thanks you :)
@CoachWayne @FSA Thanks for the details Coach Wayne. It sounds like you still care about the new guys and that works for me. I'll plan to sign up and get in touch with you soon. I once had a Team Beach Body account but don't know if I had a coach assigned to me or not. Should I just re-sign up with a new account with your link above?
@CoachWayne Thanks you coach :) You must follow the diet only !
@CoachWayne Hey Coach Wayne, I tried sending you an email, but it bounced back to me. It says that it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain
@CoachWayne I did and it was definitely an eye opener. I really wanted to try out Body Beast as I always wanted to get into weight training. I understand that the last phase (Beast) is the phase where you lose the fat. I'm also incorporating some of the cardio from P90X into this program as well. I dont mind a long journey....just want to make I'm doing it the right way.
So does it make sense to reduce my calorie intake about 600-800 calories/day?
Thanks again! You've been a great help.
@CoachWayne Hey Coach Wayne!
You are now officially my Coach!
It´s now somehow possible to join TBB even for people outiside the US!
I´m really happy to be now an official TBB and "Team Ripped" member (perhaps the first german Team Ripped member ?;) )! That rocks!
Btw: My weight is now 158 lbs! Bodyfat from 27% down to about 13%!
Abs are comming...yeah!
Wouldn´t have reached it without you and your incredible Website!
Thanks a lot!
@CoachWayne I emailed them and forwarded you the message.
@FSA I have some ongoing Challenge Groups that I run through Facebook. A great place to plug in. Send me an email and I can give you info on doing a coach switch if you want to use that same TBB account. Looking forward to it!
@CoachWayne Another question, do you ever put together challenge groups or recommend anywhere that has them regularly. I see some people go at a challenge together so they can share feedback, questions, etc.
@CoachWayne You are right, I understood Thanks you a lot coach :)
@TajeddineELmachi I just track everything. If I can work in some treats, great. I am also at my goal and maintaining. That gives you more freedom.
@jce360 Are you emailing through your email account? That won't work through TBB, but that is the right address.
@tikev92 I just sent it to you. Thank you!
@tikev92 Was it at coachwayneteamripped.com? I am still getting others' emails. Try again if you don't mind.
@strwrestlr Definitely start at just below maintenance (www.teamripped.com/calorie-calculator) and see. Be -200 and go from there. Then you will still lose BF a little better and be able to build/maintain your muscle.
@Juergen Hello! Please tell me how can people outside the US be a member?
