My Shakeology Review:
First, I must say that I LOVE this product. I started using it at the start of month 2 of my first round of P90X and I haven’t missed a day since! I really like it that much! Coach so what kind of oatmeal is healthy to eat because I’m 16 and don’t know so much about nutrition…..can you help me with some snacks to eat i eat the protein bars but for after school i find I’m very hungry.
Hey Demetri, I eat plain quick oats and sprinkle a tad of salt on them. That’s very healthy as a source of good carbs. For good snack ideas, look at my “nutrition all in one” in the nutrition zone tab. I list several in the “snacking well” section. Hope that helps!

Hey Jason, you can definitely use Shakeology twice per day. No problem. In fact, it’s been deemed perfectly safe to use 4x per day (although that could get a bit pricey LOL!)

Hey coach, I just got Shakeology a couple days ago and I already love it. I read one of the Shakeology success stories and (I believe it was a woman) she said she doesn’t have to take her vitamins anymore. So my question is this. If I take the peak health formula vitamins, would I be hurting myself while also drinking Shakeology every morning? Or can I keep taking them?
Hey Mike, you can keep taking them. It won’t hurt anything. It’s probably not necessary though, so when you run out of the vitamins don’t get any more.

Wayne I have started to switch up my Shakeology between the three different types. Do you have any good recipes for the rest of the formula. I know I have seen some for Choclate but not the other two types
The only way I’ve made tropical is with a banana, water, and ice. I don’t have a super recipe for it.
Coach Wayne, I am traveling tomorrow for work and I was wondering do you take a blender for shakeology when you go out of town? I was wondering about packing a blender in my suitcase and TSA saying no. Thanks!

Do you still add peanut butter or does that not blend well with the shaker cup?
Peanut butter won’t shake up well, but PB2 mixes great an that’s what I’ve been using for a long time anyways.

And unfortunately there is nothing else like Shakeology. It’s a compilation of superfoods and rare fruits and veggies from all over the world, so there isn’t a simple way to use something else in it’s place. Be sure you are getting a wide variety of berries, fruits, and veggies in your diet so that you aren’t deficient in nutrients and minerals.

I would assume the shipping will be lumped together if you are having them all come to the same address in one shipment. But when you check out the total shipping will be calculated so you’ll know for sure.
So if i order them all at the same time, and to the same address i would only have to pay for one shipping cost?

Does the shakeology contain milk products or is it just the strawberry one that is vegan.
Hey Christina, it depends what you mean by milk products.
The chocolate and greenberry contain whey isolate, which is derived from milk but is completely lactose free since only the protein is isolated out.
The tropical strawberry doesn’t even use whey. It uses a brown rice protein.
