Coach Wayne I have done one round of p90x with decent results. I am currently doing a p90x/p90x hybrid. I want to incorporate one on ones in my third round. I plan to be down to 240 pounds. I was wondering for being a 6' 2" guy will it be okay to do one on ones by then ? Are they slightly harder than reg p90x workouts ? And does tony tell u how you can modify ?
Raju1 30-15 for Chest/Back and a combo of Just Arms/Diamond Delts would be killer for Shoulders and Arms. No real mods talked about, just the same from P90X.
Thanks Coach Wayne. Just did Killer Abs for the first time and I like how it brought the right amount of intensity since I am starting to get used to Ab Ripper X. I will definitely try your Round 2 Hybrid once I am done. Day 51 and going!
Hi Coach Wayne, I just got Volume One of TH's 1v1. How would I incorporate these workouts into my P90x/Insanity Hybrid. Would I replace, for example, Ab Ripper with Killer Abs? Or should I finish my current program first and then use these?
Hey Jonathan, you can do it however you want. Look at my various hybrids to see where I've used them. You can do straight up substitutions (30/15 for chest and back, killer abs for ARX, etc.) or you can come up with your own variation with training blocks of P90X classic followed by training blocks of the 1-on-1s, or anything in between!
Coach: I hit a plateau. I need more intensity and challenge. I just posted on another page with my changes. They have been awesome. 240 down to 198 and i am looking damn good the wife is on TurboJam too This site has been incredible. Not quite sure I want to coach as I just don't have it in me, yet. But you do. So the word is out there from your leadership. I just am too private a dude. Before this gets too long I need to mix my workout up and need a challenge. Is 1 on 1 a good mix before p90x2. I can feel myself slipping.
Sure Ripped Venom, the 1-on-1's are great! But they aren't a set workout program. You are better off selecting the ones you want from all 3 volumes and using them in a hybrid with the base still being your P90X program (kind of like I've done in my hybrids -- see the "workout zone" for details). But my suggestion would be that rather than buy a whole volume (like vol 1), you should look at the "1-on-1 singles" and hand pick the ones from all 3 of the volumes that suit the target areas you want. My favorites are 30-15, Just arms, diamond delts, killer abs, plyocide, v sculpt, chest back and balls, ubx, and pap. Congrats on the awesome progress!!!
yo coach, are these still the 1on1' singles you would recommend most? I can't spend a ton of money but I do want to change things up.
JakeC Those are still my favs. If you have X2, you'll have the new plyocide, v sculpt, chest back and balls, ubx, and pap really. So the first to get would be 30-15, Just arms, diamond delts, killer abs.
WAYNE! I'm just about to finish round 2 of the X and am wondering if you could give me an inside about the release date of MC2 i.e. what month? Sept, Oct, Nov??? I'm pumped! I'll try some X+ and One on Ones to bide my time and mix it up in the meantime. Matt

Hey coach im a little confused by these 1 on 1s. I could buy the whole set or individual? I saw that you did some one on ones. Did you get the whole set? Also how do I make a purchase through you? To give you the credit? Please inform. I'm still in the first month of p90x so no rush. I want to complete this and move from there. I just want big upper body so I don't want to plateau. Any info is greatly appreciated as always thanks. One last thing. Would you recommend insanity for a guy who wants to get bigger? I have moderate body fat which I'm confident I'll shed doing p90 and from there I want to get jacked so... Thanks
Hey Nathan, you can buy the DVD's as a set by volume, or you can buy them individually. I prefer to get them individually (since there are many in the volume that I won't use regularly). All you have to do to purchase through me is click the link "buy now" and it directs you to teambeachbody to complete the transaction. I'll also be assigned as your coach (which is free). If you want to get bigger, you need to do P90X and the 1-on-1's. Insanity is a great fat burner, but there is no lifting to get you bigger.
