Many of you are quite familiar with this website, but there may be some features you are unaware of.  I’m constantly adding new stuff to make teamRIPPED a place to plug in, get motivated, get answers, get advice, and connect with others going through the same journey you are on.

And many people visit this website for the first time every day, and I want to give some tips for getting around and finding all of the helpful info I have on here.

First, notice the main menu bar along the top of the screen.  I have permanent links under those tabs, including all Beachbody products and supplements (with reviews and a way to purchase them).  There is also a “JOIN MY TEAM” link that has info on how to make me your coach, how to switch coaches, and how to become a coach on my team.

Also on that top menu I  also have my story, info on how to contact me, and of course my “Coach W’s Tips” section and “Q&A” section.  I’d say that 90% of all questions I get from new members are already answered in those 2 sections if they only knew to look there.

Under Coach W’s Tips, I have all of my nutritional info, sample diets, downloadable forms for workouts, and Hybrid workout schedules, among other items.

Next, let’s look at the Blog topics.  By clicking on any of these topic tabs, you will see every blog I’ve done that relates to that topic. Within each blog, at the end of the article, I have added a link to “Related Posts”, which will allow you to find more info about the topics you are most interested in.  Take advantage of that resource.

Third, let’s look at the side menu bar.  These are my most popular links, including the all-new Forum (if you haven’t checked it out, it’s a must!), the teamRIPPED challenge (where you can post pics of your transformation), and links to buy teamRIPPED shirts and get free Shakeology samples.  I also have a link to my YouTube video library, where you can watch my videos on workout tips, nutrition tips, and lots of other handy stuff.

You’ll also notice that if you scroll down, on the right menu, you’ll see the most recent comments listed.  This is a handy way to know what’s new on the site and read comments you may not have noticed.

Now, back to the Forum.  By clicking that big red “Forum” button, it opens a whole new world to you!  The Forum has only been up and running for a few days, but we’ve already got lots of good discussion topics going, along with Introductions, Workout-specific areas (P90X, Insanity, Hybrids), Nutrition, and Supplements.  We also have a Photo Gallery with subgroups for progress pics, FAT pics (LOL!), etc.  You can look at all areas of the Forum as a guest, but in order to post new topics or comments, I require you to register (that way I can make sure we keep things G rated!).  You can interact Real-Time about anything and everything on your mind.  If you don’t see a topic for your question/comment, start one!
