Yesterday I started P90X program and I could not finish the workout .. same thing happened to me today .. a half of training I start to feel bad, cold transpired, I have nausea and I have to necessarily stop the workout .. I honestly feel bad .. I can do? Please enter your recommendations because I do not get discouraged! regards
Hey Yakko, that’s normal when you first take on the most Xtreme home workout program ever! Read my article “Struggling”, because you are not alone! We all struggled (and still do)! The point is that we keep coming back for more!
Hey Coach Wayne, I have just ordered P90X and I’m expecting it soon. So i devised a some what diet plan because once school starts my lunch will change but i am making sure i get enough calories and carbs, but i have lifted before and I’m looking to put mass on(I’m 5’8″ weigh 141 lbs so I’m kinda skinny). so should i do one round of P90X just how it is, and then change round 2 just for mass or just jump into mass building?
Hey Mitch, do P90X Classic according to the schedule, but start at the Phase 3 nutrition to help you build mass from the start (that will make more sense once you see the nutrition book).
Hey coach wayne, iam to set up a insanity p90x hybrid.what cardio workout should I sub in for the p90x workouts and can I do cardio abs instead of ab ripper x on my lift days? Just trying to figure out a good schedule.
hey coach real quick im only doing a few videos of insanity mainly pure cardio, plyo. and resistant training . ones that go more to athletic training but i only do it 4 days a week on top of a weight lifting schedule. will i see result with just that.
Hey John, sure you’ll see results doing 4 days a week of Insanity. But you also have to be sure you are following a solid nutrition plan or you won’t have much success.

Sure Lamaine. You can do that. Have you seen my P90X Insanity hybrid that I posted in the “workout zone” tab? It’ll give you some direction!
