2.) Do what that page says!
Really – do it! Let me run down some questions I have to ask you:
- Did you join teamRIPPED? Am I your coach? (It’s always FREE)
- Did you pick out your program or hybrid and commit? Make a real plan and calendar – no jumping around.
- Is all your gear ready? Dumbbells, pull up bar, weights, etc.
- Is your nutrition plan set? You know your calories and macros? MyFitnessPal or MyMacros+ ready?
- Have you read over the Nutrition ALL IN ONE?
- Are your supplements ready? Are you trying Shakeology?
- Did you pick the time of day you are working out? Did you block it off?
- Did you get your family on board? Do they know what and WHY you are doing it?
- Did you join the TR17 Battle Together Challenge Group?
- Have you emailed me with your goals? – firstname.lastname@example.org
- Are you 100% focused and committed?
- Are you ready to get amazing results?
That list gets you started. Go through and answer those, check them off, make changes….
Now we just need to do it each and every day. Go all in with me! Let’s battle together in 2017 and win this war on our health!
