It’s here again! Another weekend update! I love getting to check in with y’all on these updates. I hope you enjoy them too!

How’s the weekend up going for you? We saw a few people have to leave the Perfection Crew over the week. I bet St. Patrick’s Day had something to do with that too. It can be hard to stick to a plan when holidays and parties hit, but that is what separates us from the rest! If you did slip up, take a deep breath and don’t get hung up on it! It’s easy to get down and let guilt take too much control. If you need a pick me up, read this post of mine on Guilt!

I had a little vacation this week. Did you notice LOL? I was still pretty plugged in but we have been visiting family on the east coast and even took some time to run up to Washington, DC. It was great! Time with the family is always a blessings.

I have been getting my workouts too thanks to Beachbody On Demand (BOD)! It’s been awesome. I wish it had come around sooner LOL Just jump on WiFi and pull up any Tony Horton Vol 1 – 1 on 1 I want!

If you haven’t checked out BOD, you need to! Starting 3/25 it will be even easier too! You will get a full month, 30 days of FREE Beachbody on Demand. How it works is you will simply sign up and start enjoying the streaming Beachbody workouts. Then after the 30 days, if you like it you keep it and you will get billed ~$39 for the next 3 months of service! I still can’t believe the amazing programs you get for only $2.99 a week!

Over the last couple weeks, I have touched on the two things that can happen when you start running a deficit and Fat Shredder. You can either tend to be really FULL or feel really HUNGRY! Both cases are won with sticking the course and realizing you are making big changes to how you eat. You might be used to such good, filling food. Or maybe you have stretched your stomach out with LOADS of food for a long time. Either way, don’t cheat. Be 100% committed and see how you feel in 2 weeks. Build up some momentum and ride it out!

I also touched on some great Fitness Resources that I like to use! I had people comment on who they follow and the list has grown! Make sure you go check it out and leave anyone that you follow in the comments. I can’t wait to really get into some of the info you’ve left there!
