FRIDAAAY!!! Are you as excited as I am?! I love getting to the weekend. More time for my family, some work around the house, and time to change the pace of the week. I hope you are excited for it too. If weekends are tough with nutrition and workouts, let’s make this one great! Take each day for itself. Make Friday night yours! No slipping up, be dedicated. Then we can make sure our plan for Saturday is set. And finally, we will have some momentum going into Sunday… ready to dominate. We got this!

How is your #NOMORE16 Going?

A week or so ago I challenged you to make the end of 16 the best it can be by saying NO MORE to something that is tripping you up. For me, it was candy. I am proud to say, I am going strong! NO MORE CANDY in 16 for Coach Wayne.

How about you? Are you doing it? No more excuse? No more Taco Bell? No more late night eating? Let’s GO!

I am excited to announce that next week will look a little different here on teamRIPPED. It is finally time to launch the new and updated teamRIPPED.com!

My site has been needing a facelift for a while. So here is what is going to happen. Come Monday, you will be welcomed with 1 homepage, welcome screen. I will drop some new posts each day, but the rest of the site locked down. My buddy and I will be going through and getting the new site up and running. We have planned about a week to get it done (lots of content here and I want it to be perfect).

What really gets me fired up is that the site will be easier to navigate but will still hold what I think makes teamRIPPED special… content and posts to help you get amazing results! My goal in making teamRIPPED was to make a website you can always come to and get help, get tips, motivation, and more. No cost. Just the best team and accountability!

My email (coachwayne@teamRIPPED.com) will still be ready as always and so will all my social media. So get ahold of me  if you need extra help or need some hybrids or something else. I can send you the direct files.

Planning for Success

Did you try some of my tips for TIME MANAGEMENT this week? Being really honest with yourself and finding those not so important things draining your time is important. We all have the same time in each day. I have yet to find anyone that doesn’t have any wasted time in their day. Make the commitment to stay committed to a schedule!
