It’s finally time! On March 1, Tony Horton’s 22 Hard Corps will finally be released! I have been working through it with the Test Group and it is great!

8 weeks of intense, concentrated 22-minute military training workouts. Each workout is a quick – and intense – total body drill designed to get us “boot camp fit” in just 8 weeks. Each day of the program consists of a series of total body rounds within the 22-minute workout window, rotating through functional resistance, cardio, and core focused workouts.

As I mentioned last week, this is going to be a great pick for someone needing fast and effective workouts, and will work great for those of us that love 45-60 minute workouts and want to stack some other lifting on top of 22 Hard Corps. I will be posting a complete hybrid for those that want to work in some other lifts (and barbell lifts) as soon as 22 Hard Corps is out.

As I am sure some of you heard, Steve Edwards passed away yesterday. Steve has been with Beachbody for a LONG time! He was the man behind many of the programs we all know and love. He was a nutritional master, loved to rock climb, and just loved helping help. Steve had been battling a very rare form of cancer and it was finally time. If you pray, pray for his family and close friends in this difficult time. This is definitely another reminder that this life is temporary…
