Wow 2016 is here and people are fired up!
Man is the buzz of the New Year always so awesome! The teamRIPPED Challenge Groups are fired up and people are on a mission. This is the type of momentum and excitement I wish I could bottle LOL Make the most of it and keep looking for new ways to celebrate your success!
My year is off to a great start. My workouts are going really well and I am dialed in with nutrition. Yes, even Coach Wayne has times when he is less accurate with his nutrition. I had been sitting at maintenance or a little above for a long time. Opting to eyeball things. I eat primarily the same thing each day, so it is really easy to stay consistent even when I am not full out tracking.
But not anymore! I am 100% ON right not! And it is feeling great. I am tightening up and dropping that extra fluff that comes with slowly bulking. I am getting shredded!

Released this week in a video stream that Carl D did called Surge, there are now some digital-only options for On Demand. That’s right, you can buy either Beast, T25, or Cize and get a digital-only copy in your library. No DVDs just access, online, to that program for as long as you have BOD.

How does Digital Unlock work?
To unlock a Purchased Program, follow these steps:
Step 1 Locate and click the program (Body Beast, Cize, or T25) that is currently not available in Purchased Programs under Premium Content.
Step 2 Click “Unlock Now” on the program page.
Step 3 Follow the purchase process to complete the Digital Unlock.
Step 4 Once purchase is complete, the program will be immediately available under Purchased Programs.
