This isn’t a scientific poll, but I’m curious what the rest of you are discovering about how often you get sick now that you are going through your transformation.
I work with kids all day long … lots of them! So I typically get sick at least every couple weeks all year round (the usual colds, flu, sniffles, gunky stuff that goes around).
However, what I’ve been totally amazed with is that over the last 6 months of working out, taking Shakeology, and eating clean, I haven’t been sick one time! ZERO!! Not a sniffle. Not a cold. Not a tummy ache. Not a headache. Nothing! I haven’t even taken my allergy meds all spring and summer.
My wife is truly blown away by this strange phenomenon, because I used to get sick all the time and my wife used to have great pleasure in telling me all the things I was doing wrong to bring about my illnesses (which usually related to my diet pop according to her!)
But no more! Is it the excercise? The Shakeology? The vitamins? The healthy nutrition? Or is it a combination of all of them? I don’t know for sure, but what I do know is that I’m doing something right, and I’m going to keep doing it because being sick is a drag and I’ve felt awesome for 6 months straight! That’s HALF A YEAR gang!! Unreal!
