Year in Review!

In honor of the 1-year anniversary of my fat, out of shape, “Day 1”, I put together this video.  I consider it my crowning achievement!

It is about the journey I’ve been on over the last 12 months, how different my life is now, and most importantly, it’s about YOU — the nation of teamRIPPED, and what we are doing together to turn the P90X / Insanity world upside down!  This video captures the reality that each of us can not only make a difference in our own lives, but that we can pay it forward as we inspire others around us … the ripple effect.
