Welcome to March teamRIPPED! We are sitting at what can be seen as another starting line. Right now, we are a short 3 months away from June. What you look like and how you feel this June will entirely depend on what you do right now. Are your daily actions bringing your closer to your goals? Or are they taking you further away?

Injuries – Same Story

It’s the same story with me. I have still been rehabbing my knee with a lot of biking. I was able to do a really light leg workout this week. More time is needed. But I have moved around my Body Beast upper body workouts to hit each upper body part twice a week. My bench and chest have been making great gains with all the extra work! Do What It Takes!

What I’ve found over the past few years is that it’s very hard to sit there and watch people eat cake and ice cream.  It takes a lot of willpower.  It takes doings what it takes.  However, it makes it a LOT easier if there are also healthy options.  I like to always have a healthy tray of finger foods like apple slices and baby carrots.  That way if I choose not to eat cake and ice cream, I don’t just sit there drooling.  I am eating and chewing and swallowing and avoid that deprived feeling.  If you struggle with the temptations at parties, try that.  Your abs will thank you! :-) Did you read: Do you have what it takes?
