We are in 2015!!! It’s TIME!

How is everyone doing in the teamRIPPED Nation? Excited for the weekend? Did you get any time off this week? I had a great week and I am so excited for the new year. There is a lot of great things going on with teamRIPPED and I love the buzz that the new year brings.

Momentum is an awesome thing. But we need to capitalize on it! It is far easier to maintain momentum than it is to let it die and have to build it up again. So ride that wave!!!

Here’s a great example of someone putting in the work, running on momentum, and getting results! Check out Ted T.! You are crushing it man. He’s been crushing Body Beast too! Who’s says you can’t lose weight with Beast?! Amazing work Ted!

Your Goals for 2015?

Did you catch my post yesterday? I hope so! Goal setting is a great way to keep your eyes on the prize. You want to pick BIG goals! There is will be lots of little ones along the way, but don’t get nervous or timid about dreaming big. If you have some down time this weekend, really stop and think about what you want to accomplish this year. Obviously being on teamRIPPED, you will have some fitness/health/physical goals. But what else? Maybe you really want to advance at work. Maybe you need to make a change in how you parent. Maybe you just want find more peace. Whatever the goal, let’s write them down!

Writing down goals makes them real. Sharing those goals with the people around you that believe in you sets them in stone. So let’s get a little bit out of our comfort zone and make those big goals! Write them down! Post them where you will see them daily! And share them!

teamRIPPED Challenge Groups for 2105

The best way to stay focused on your fitness goals for 2015 is in a Challenge Group. A challenge group is just a group of people all working out and coming together to share the experience. You get the assistance of a team of coaches and challengers! We all want everyone to succeed and this is truly an awesome way to have tons of fun doing it!

Right now, we have the RIPPED 2015 It’s TIME challenge. This is a general group for all programs and all people in the teamRIPPED Nation! What I love about this group is that if you have a question and post it, you will get TONS of feedback almost instantly! We cheer each other on, help find solutions to any problems you might be facing, and bring it!

The other main group running is the Year of the BEAST Challenge. This will be opening up for Round 3 on Monday. There are a few “requirements” for this group but if you want to BEAST UP… this is the place. Check out both groups below and get the links to the Facebook groups for the challenges.

Finally, I have a new site that I have been sending with my welcome email to new members of teamRIPPED. I would love to share it with all of you too! If you just want a refresher, this is a great place to start. If you just want to finally do it right, read it all! Check it out! I tried to give everyone a place to go to get started right and get all the info they need to have the BEST results. I love how it came out!
