2 weeks into 2013. How would you grade yourself so far? Are these first 2 weeks something that, if you repeated them 26 times, would have you finishing 2013 in the best shape of your life? Starting out strong is easy. Sticking with it is where your true character is tested. Will you spend the next 50 weeks putting as much … or MORE … effort into your health and fitness as you have these first 2 weeks?
I know I will. I have my 40th Birthday near the end of the year, and I can’t wait to take some awesome “I’m 40 and ripped!” pics LOL. I always looked at the “BIG 4-0” as being over the hill and old. Tony Horton helped me to junk that notion (you all know he’s in his mid 50’s and still in better shape than most 20 year olds, right?!). So I have a mission and goal to keep pushing myself.
