Hopefully you didn’t fall into the trap of stress eating with this election;-) No matter who you wanted to win, I hope we can all move forward and that there can be less division in the United States. I am so thankful to live in the US and I don’t take it for granted.

What did you think about the #NOMORE16 Challenge this week? Have you joined me? I’ve received a lot of messages and comments. It seems this struck a chord with people. I think more times than not, we know if there is something we need to give up – we just don’t take a stand to do it! Don’t let that me you. Start small if you need to, but take a stand. Have a backbone for you and what you want! It can be hard to break these habits, but together we can do it.
Tracking tools huh? Do you use a scale to weigh your food? It’s the most accurate way to track what you eat. Coupled with measuring cups and a food tracking app, you can really do it all. Don’t guess, TRACK!
