Say goodbye to October! It’s come and gone and we are moving pretty quick towards a new year.
Sometimes I feel like a broken record. But then I remember, someone needs to hear it again. Someone out there is at this place and needs the word. So let me tell y’all again: DON’T WASTE THIS TIME UNTIL THE NEW YEAR! It’s easy to get comfortable, get a little lazy, and even think ‘oh I will get after it with 2017.’ Don’t do it! We have the time now. We know things don’t happen overnight, so start making good habits now. Make today the first day you track all your food. Make today the first day you push play and push yourself. Make today count!
