Hey teamRIPPED! First and foremost, if you sent me an email in the wee hours of the morning (3am to 6am) on Thursday morning and haven’t heard back from me, please resend it. The teamRIPPED.com website and the email accounts went down for a 3 hour time period and anything you sent me during that time is lost in cyberspace!! I don’t want any of you to think I’m blowing you off. Luckily not too many people are up and emailing me during those hours, but still I want to be sure I answer everyone who contacts me. And BTW, I always answer emails within 24 hours — usually much faster as I check my email multiple times per day. The exception to that is on Sunday when I take a day off (but I answer those on Monday). How is your April treating you so far? If you started a workout program for the New Year, then you could very likely be starting your second 90 day round of 2013 right now (either another round of your program or switching things up with a new program). This week I posted 2 articles about hybrid workout programs that might be of use to you as you plan your next round to get you summer-ready. I started a new 90 day hybrid myself this week and I’m excited to mix some Body Beast with some Insanity for a great 1, 2 punch of lifting and cardio.
If you haven’t been sticking with your workouts, you still have time to get a solid 90 day program done before the end of June and be summer-ready for July and August. But don’t delay. Get with the program!!!

Have you got a schedule of the Insanity/BB hybrid you're doing? I'm doing something along those lines with my 5-a-side football (soccer) - no rest days and am still feeling good (4 lift days and 3 cardio) - on the 2nd week of a 4 week shredder (around 2000 calories) having finally got round to dialling into the nutrition! Although from Oct 2012 to last month went from 12%BF to 10% so have made some changes and still pressing play!
Am wanting the full 6-8 pack before my 40th in Jan next year!!!!
Hey coach, my strength bands recently broke, and I don't know what to do for Power Legs (for the moves where they are used). In the beginning of the workout, there is that big series where you do some moves with the bands and then you repeat them after without the bands, and I don't know what to do for that part of the workout.

Coach, I'm starting the insanity/asylum vol 1 hybrid that cons with asylum vol 1 and it looks like there are a lot of days were you are doing two full workouts back to back for example day one is strength and pure cardio. Do you think this is to much and I should only choose one of them or go ahead and do them both and just eat more on those days?
So if I read correctly,, just do Beast as scheduled on a deficit to cut up n lose bf? Don't worry bout beast lean?

heard good things about beast,, not sure how program is set up,,, is every other day cardio llike other programs.. i still want to lean out,, and keep some hard cardio ,,, is there cardio with beast? how does compare? or can i do straight beast and lose some weight and BF ? it seems like beast is set up to gain and run on surplus?

@Dylannewcomer I think you can be ok. It is definitely an advanced workout rotation (even says so on the calendar). Listen to your body and see. You will know if it's too much.
Mike exactly. You can do the lean schedule to pick up an extra day of cardio through the BULK phase. That would never hurt either.

I have already done the Build phase of BB in the above. I was doing Cardio Abs followed by Ab Ripper X straight after, twice a week, but have changed that to Cardio Abs or Ab Ripper X or BB Beast Abs twice or 3 times a week (when I can fit it in!)
Will try and dig out some before and after photos (Am bound to have some from a year or 2 ago and will get some when on holiday in August.....). Do I email them direct to you?
