WOAH! Is the power of people great!

Just yesterday I logged into the teamRIPPED 2016 Challenge Group to see a post of a guy that was having some trouble. He has a long road with some big goals and was just overwhelmed. He wants it bad but knows that there have been setbacks before. Without fail the passion, experience, and love of teamRIPPED poured all over that post! People piled on to encourage him, give him motivation, tips, what’s worked for them, and more. It was AWESOME! That is the power of PLUGGING IN! If you aren’t in RIPPED 2016 – BE THER CHANGE, you need to be asking yourself WHY!?

Rest and Recovery

Over the past couple weeks, I have been talking to what seems like more and more people about sleep and recovery. WE NEED OUR SLEEP! That is where real recovery and change happens. The workouts are one thing, but if we don’t recover well, we are wasting our gains. It reminded me of a great video from Tony I saw. If you haven’t seen it, check it out:

March is ROLLING!

In other news, March is a big month for a few reasons.  We are 90 days from June and swimsuit, summertime weather.  Now is the time to crank it up if you haven’t been! Adding motivation is a good thing! So capitalize on it and get plugged in for results.  The other big news is of course 22 Minute Hard Corps! I gave my in-depth review/results in the post and new VIDEO this week, check it out here. This is going to be a lot of people’s go-to program, especially when life gets busy and you still want to maintain your results and fitness. The 22MHC Challenge Pack is on sale for March at $140! That is a great deal.

Finally, remember people —  This isn’t a sprint.  It’s a lifestyle change.  Setting short goals is critical … like “how ripped can I get in 90 days?”, or “how ripped can I get by summer?”.  That’s wonderful.  It forces us to push ourselves to the max.  But it isn’t over at Day 90 … or at least it shouldn’t be.  That should be the launching point for a new trajectory of life.  It is hard to get on the right path, but once you are on it, STAY ON IT!!  Keep living each day with purpose.  Take care of yourself.  Take care of others.  Make it count gang!
