HALLOWEEN IS TOMORROW!
Maybe you already have candy in your house. How are you doing avoiding it? Are you the type of person that can’t eat just one piece? Honestly, I have trouble stopping at one piece. I’d like to stay it’s easy for me but it’s not. So what do I do? Knowing myself, I AVOID ALL OF IT! Don’t give into a little temptation cuz it often turns into a lot of temptation!
Those of you on Fat Shredder, you really don’t have room to waste calories on empty sugar. I want you reporting back on Monday that you made it through Halloween sticking to your goals!
