Fall Break! We are on Fall Break!
How about you and your families? Are y’all on Fall Break too right now. I am so excited for a long weekend filled with lots of family time. We’ll get to spend time with Anita’s family as well, and it should be a great time to relax and enjoy each other.
Are you good at taking downtime? Do you take rest when you need it? Rest is an often overlooked part of success when it comes to losing weight and getting ripped. We demand a lot of our bodies when we are shredding body fat and getting really lean. All the while we aren’t eating as much. Resting becomes hugely important! Make sure you are taking your days off on your programs. They are there for your good. Don’t think you have to be a hero and do 24/7 workouts. Trust the system and give yourself time to recover. So many times I see people completely fired up pushing hard 7 days a week. It can work well for a while, but more often than not those people get burned out or injured. Remember, you are in it for the long haul. You didn’t get out of shape overnight, so give yourself some time to get ripped. If you do follow the system, YOU WILL GET RIPPED!
Ladies Fat Loss Meal Plan
My 1500 Calorie Ladies Fat Loss Meal Plan dropped this week. My hope in making this plan was to give some of the women on teamRIPPED direction on cutting body fat. Like all my plans, you can dial them in for your specific needs but this gives you a great place to start. 1500 calories should be a good goal for a lot of women wanting to lose weight. This is especially true if you’re using a newer Beachbody program that has shorter workouts. So please check it out and share it with your friends and family.If you’re a guy that has started using one of my other meal plans, this would be a great thing to show your wife if you want to eat some of the same meals. I tried to use similar recipes so that families could make one meal. It can be a lot of stress on a relationship when only one person is dialed in. Hopefully, everyone in your family Like these meals and can add what they want if they’re not tracking their nutrition.
