WOW is this summer flying by! We’re looking at the kids getting back to school in a couple weeks and then things will get really busy. When things get really busy, your routines matter more than ever.

Get into the HABIT of Fitness

Do you really have a HABIT with fitness yet? Is working out so much of a habit that you can’t imagine skipping a workout? Do you get nervous if you see your schedule filling up and think you will have to miss a workout? I know for me, this is what I love! Some people play golf, some people hunt or fish, I WORKOUT! And I wouldn’t have it any other day.

In the same way, nutrition is a habit. We get used to eating junk and it can be hard to break those habits. In some cases I really think it can get to the point of addiction. Fortunately, you can make good nutrition a habit too! As you clean up your diet you will crave good food. You will want those extra servings of veggies and that lean chicken breast. When you get really dialed in you will even find yourself turned off by really sweet stuff. Sweets and junk food will seem like they have so much sugar. Fast food will seem so greasy. And to think it’s what we used to crave! CRAZY!
