Top 5 Beachbody Programs for Specific Goals
Main Goal: Getting Started! (Low entry point)
If you are just getting started and want an easy entry point, my top pick for a first-time program is Shaun T’s FOCUS T25.I love seeing people use this as their on-ramp program. The workouts are all 25 minutes long and require no equipment. T25 has a dedicated and great modifier for every single move. So no matter your fitness level you can find a place to plug in and push hard.
On top of all that, the workouts are a lot of fun! Shaun T is a great trainer and will make you be your best. T25 will give you a great base of fitness to use as you go on to your next program.
Main Goal: Crazy Cardio and Performance
If your main goal is to get in the best cardiovascular shape and to be prepared for athletic performance, you need to check out the Asylum Vol 1 and 2! Both are awesome programs. Again you’re going to get your butt kicked by Shaun T, but this time there are some weights in a bigger strength component.These workouts are top! I would not start here unless you have a foundation of fitness. You’ll get the most out of these workouts if you’re already comfortable really pushed yourself. The moves are very challenging demand a lot. These programs are great for getting shredded!
Oh and if I had to pick one, get Volume 1 :) It’s the best cardio out there.

Main Goal: Build Muscle!
There is no other program purely focused on hypertrophy. If you eat to gain mass, you will build muscle with Body Beast. Sagi takes you through all some lifting workouts designed to pack on muscle mass. The Book of Beast Nutrition Plan is awesome for adding mass too. BODY BEAST. Duh! Body Beast.

Main Goal: Quick (TIME CRUNCH) Workouts
. Right to work with awesome boot camp style, military inspired 22-minute workouts. You don’t need much equipment and you always get a great workout when you set out to #GETSOME! Top it off with the fact it’s only $39.90! Here I have to pick Tony Horton’s 22 Minute Hard Corps

Main Goal: Get Ripped – Best All Around Program
That’s right, P90X is still my all-around top choice for the best Beachbody program. It has it all. Awesome lifting, great cardio, and solid nutrition advice. I know it’s a little older, but it gets results. Drum roll please…. P90X!
Don’t be afraid to invest an hour day for P90X (or even X2 for that matter). It will pay you back. I have loved some of the new, shorter programs, but a full hour a day does the difference. You’re going to lift more, get your heart rate higher, and have better results. I also like that by working out in our day, you build it a little more cushion with your nutrition. You do this by burning more calories.
