teamRIPPED are you READY?!?!
P90X3 is here... Many of you who ordered on the day X3 was released are getting your programs in the mail. It’s like early Christmas! :-)
Now it’s time to ditch all the excuses and BRING IT! No more excuse zone. You press play every day. You follow your nutrition plan. You track all your food. You don’t cheat for these next 90 days. We are going to make the most of every opportunity and blow P90X3 UP!!
The X3 Battle of the RIPPED
Maybe you missed the weekend update, but teamRIPPED has been challenged by another team… the Ripped Club. Todd is a good buddy and has a serious team of his own. He took part in our original Asylum Challenge (as part of our team), and now he wants to take on teamRIPPED with his own team. I love a good competition! I also love bringing the wrath of teamRIPPED down on another team! So are you with me!?!
What are the REQUIREMENTS to join the challenge?
There are a few things you need to do to join this challenge. So count the cost before entering into battle with us!
- You have to do P90X3. *That is the point of an X3 Challenge Group. We will have another group that is open to all programs for 2014, but this group is strictly for P90X3
- You NEED to fully commit.
- Don’t skip workouts, don’t cheat on your nutrition, just go all in. This is for you. So maybe it’s finally time to really BRING IT!!!
- Join our teamRIPPED’s X3 Battle of RIPPED Warriors Facebook Group
- As with all of my Challenge Groups, these take place online in a closed Facebook group. So get on FB and request to join.
- Plug into the FB Group DAILY
- One of the big reasons teamRIPPED gets the best results is that we have real community. You won’t become a part of that community if you aren’t sharing in the experience. So post away! Tell everyone how you crushed your workout, or how you nailed your macros perfectly. Post a Flex Friday pic. Post about a milestone you hit. Just be engaged!
- You MUST be a member of teamRIPPED or a member of a teamRIPPED Coach’s team.
- If you are not on teamRIPPED, you need to email with who your coach is. We are trying to keep this a family affair, so you need to be on teamRIPPED. Or your coach needs to be on teamRIPPED.
Official Rules
More rules will come out, but the first one is that we will all start on January 6. Your results must be from a 90 day period of X3. We don’t cheat on teamRIPPED (and I know the RIPPED Club doesn’t either). So be honest. Take Day 1, 30, 60, and 90 photos. Make sure to get your measurements too. (You can sample the workouts early, but take your Day 1 on Jan 6th and do the full round as a team.) Everyone doing the Classic Schedule will be doing the same workouts on the same day (with the exception of those doing an alternate schedule like “Lean”, “Mass”, or “Doubles”. That’s fine as well)
Each coach will compile a 5 minute results video of the group’s progress using X3 to determine the winning team.
Winners will get unending pride and bragging right as the most extreme team in Beachbody. So many Asylum infomercial results came from the teamRIPPED and the Asylum Challenge. I’m sure this X3 Challenge will yield similarly jaw dropping results. As such, this will be a great way for YOU to get in on the X3 infomercial if you knock this out of the park! So go all out!
To sweeten the deal, the losing coach will have issue a public apology for letting their team get beat so badly :-)
