Each week of a brand new program has its unique challenges and benefits. I want you to have the upper hand for every week! Again, my goal as your coach is to have you crush your program. That is why I do this! I want you to experience the same success I did, lose weight, reach your goals, and get your life back!
What to expect for Week 2
Hopefully you are coming off of a weekend where you kept on track with nutrition. Weekends can be extra tough with more temptation. If you did slip up, get it out of your mind now. We don’t focus on the negative, we only learn from it and move on (more on that later this week). But our goal is that we came out of the weekend with perfect nutrition. So let’s ride that momentum into Week 2! As you build a perfect streak of nutrition, it gets easier. You get more committed, more dialed in, and it gets more fun cuz the results start rolling in!
For Week 2, in most programs, you are going to see workouts for a second time. This is where you are able to push yourself to beat your previous best. This looks different for everyone. Maybe it is getting more reps or adding weight – great progress. Or maybe it is feeling your form is more on point than week one. Maybe it is trying an unmodified move for the first time when you did the modifier week 1! That is awesome! Celebrate those victories and bring YOUR BEST!
Remember, you aren’t going to always see improvements in every single exercise. So weeks you will feel like $1,000,000 and will blow a workout up! Other times, you will just improve here or there. Remember Tony H, “The important thing is you are in the room!” All those little improvements add up. So do your best and forget the rest!
Week 2 is still sore for most people, but you will get used to it more and manage it better. Just keep coming back and pushing play!
