Fat Shredder Sample Diet? Everyone who is still a ways from their body fat goal SHOULD BE!!
Going from our teamRIPPED POLL, y’all wanted to see some sample diets and nutrition plans. This is a bit of a “bump” to the top. I first ran this post over two years ago. I had always had some sample days of my 1900 calorie Fat Shredder plan, but now I have 2 full weeks of Fat Shredder!
Fat Shredder is the nutrition plan you should be using if you want to drop body fat the quickest while maintaining muscle mass! At the end of December, I told you all that I was going to use MyFitnessPal for the first coupe weeks of January to log sample days of a 1900 calorie Fat Shredder Diet for you to use as a reference. I didn’t actually eat what was on the log as I am not trying to lose weight at this point. I did it so that people using a Fat Shredder diet would have a full 2 week sample to use as a guide.
These 1900 calorie Fat Shredder Sample Diet days (2 weeks worth) can now be used by anyone in teamRIPPED that wants more ideas. I must warn you, I am creature of habit! I like to eat very similar things (if not the exact same) to keep my days easy to monitor. That’s what I did when I was on the Fat Shredder myself, and it’s what I still do today (although today I eat 50% carbs and over 3,000 cals per day … but I still stick to largely the same food routine for breakfast, snacks, and lunch everyday).

You can download a PDF of the 1900 Calorie Fat Shredder Sample Diet Days. I “printed” a report of December 31st through January 13th and saved it as a PDF. It’s not the cleanest PDF as some of the days stop short of a page and then the next day begins. You can save it and use it for reference later.
What Fat Shredder and 1900 calories really comes down to…
At the end of the day, the only way Fat Shredder and a calorie deficit will work is if you are consistent!!! You have to do this day in and day out! There are so many times when I have been trying to help someone and it finally comes out… they aren’t consistent. “Well I go out with friends on the weekend.” Or, “I have a cheat day on Saturdays.” That doesn’t cut it. If you are not precise, if you are not accurate in your tracking, and if you are not consistent, it won’t happen the way you want it to (and it may not happen at all). None of us got out of shape over night. Why do we expect getting ripped to happen instantly?
It takes dedication and consistency. Success always follows consistency. I’ve never known success to be without consistency. BRING IT TEAMRIPPED!
