That’s right! New Exclusive Beachbody On Demand Workouts!

I posted about the first round of these workouts a while back, but Beachbody has now released some new Exclusive Beachbody On Demand Workouts. All you need is to be a Beachbody Club Member to get instant access to Beachbody’s streaming workout system (Think Netflix for workouts) and you are good to go. You get TONS of complete programs as I have said in the past, and you get exclusive BOD only workouts from Beachbody’s top trainers! Here’s what’s new!

Tony Horton Exclusive New Workout: Warrior Arms

This is a 16 minute burner for your arms and shoulders in just 7 moves. Not a complete burner like JUST ARMs from the 1 on 1 series (which is FREE with BOD) but looks like a great workout. You will be put to work fast in this one. Some of the moves you will go through are  Hammer/Curl Presses, Straight Arm Band Pull Downs, Tempo Skull Crushers, and more. If you need a quick arm workout when you can’t fit a full one in, this is perfect! And who doesn’t LOVE Tony?!?

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: Dumbbells, Resistance Bands

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT: None

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION: Grab your weights and bands, time to prepare for battle with this 7 move routine that will leave you with the arms of a warrior.

Sagi Kalev: Gym Series Legs

Legs in a gym is what this comes down to. Lots of variation from the Beast Leg Workouts. I have not had time to do the workout yet, but some of the moves that I am really interested in are a raised plyo box progressive set of goblet squats. These were a great full range of motion squats done on a plyo box. Some of the cable machine work in this workout will be harder to replicate at home, so just be prepared. This definitely seems to be more of a glutes and hammy workout. Finally, the wide sumo squat box squats would definitely be a killer with a barbell too!

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: Cross Cable Stack, Dumbbells, Bench, Olympic Bar, Ez Curl Bar and Free Weights

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT: None

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION: Create shredded glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves with this powerful resistance workout

Autumn Calabrese: Active Maternity

So probably not our normal teamRIPPED workouts, as a lot of us are guys LOL but great if your wife is pregnant and still wants to workout! I will be honest, I didn’t look into these much LOL Just know that they are there and get your wife (under the supervision of her doctor) to check them out. Being physically active before and during her pregnancy will help her bounce back a lot!
