Insanity MAX: 30 is here! Are you ready to MAX OUT?!?
Insanity Max 30 is Shaun T’s all new 60 day program. The idea behind Max 30 is to go all out for 30 minutes a day, without equipment, and until you have to Max Out. Once you Max Out, you record your time, recover, and finish. Each day you’ll push yourself to be your previous Max Out time! This is my type of cardio. I love no-nonsense, INTENSE, hard work when it comes to cardio.
Insanity Max 30 includes a low impact modifier for every move so that anyone can take on the challenge of maxing out at any skill level. Since Insanity Max 30 is only 30 minutes a day, this program will be great for people with time constraints and super tight schedules.
I’m also really interested to see how Insanity Max 30 uses its flexible eating plan. The 21 Day Fix gave people so much success with the container system, Beachbody has decided to use it in Insanity Max 30. Insanity MAX: 30 Equipment Needs
NONE! Just like most of T25, you really don’t need anything… this time not even a band! You might want to get a jump mat or core comfort pad for ground work, but you really don’t need a thing. It is recommended that you get the Container System if you are going to follow the nutrition plan OR you can always track with MyFitnessPal :-)
