Hammer Chisel RIPPED

Hammer and Chisel is here! As promised, I am kicking off a Hammer and Chisel Challenge Group Jan 4 with all of teamRIPPED. It’s time for the details and to start preparing for victory.

This post will be in place of my typical weekend update. Just an FYI for ya :-)

Hammer, Chisel, RIPPED!

This is our group! If you search on Facebook for “Hammer, Chisel, RIPPED” you will find us. This will be our home base for the challenge. It’s a closed Facebook group just for us who are doing Hammer and Chisel.

We will plug in your daily before the challenge, and most importantly, every day starting January 4! You’ll get accountability, support, and tons of guidance from myself and other teamRIPPED coaches and challengers.

What you need to know about Hammer, Chisel, RIPPED

• We are taking on coach Todd and his RIPPED CLUB. This is a battle to see who can get the best results. Click here for our P90X3 results… I think we know how teamRIPPED does it.
• Day one of the challenge will be January 4, 2016.
• You have to be doing Hammer and Chisel and hybrids are not allowed at this point. I want everyone to be able to turn in their results to Team Beachbody, so they need to be pure H&C results.
• I would encourage you to track your nutrition or follow the portion plan included in H&C. I’m going to be trying to tighten things up a bit, so I will be running a deficit. This is a great program for cutting.
• Take Day 1, 30, and 60 pics, videos, and measurements. I will be putting together a sweet Hammer, Chisel, RIPPED video! And you need those to get your T-shirt from BB!
• Finally, just bring it! Get involved in the group! Post often, post pics and videos, comment on post, LIKE others’ posts, just be a great team member!

So who wants in?

All you need to do is to click the button below and request to join. An admin will add you ASAP. Check your FB inbox if you aren’t added within a day. I might have to send you a message if I don’t know who your coach is. This is for teamRIPPED peeps only!
