Briefly describe your PC experience. What were you highs? Were there any lows over the 90 days?
Start weight was 130. 1800 Cal. 50/30/20 – c/f/p. I wanted to maintain that weight and gain lean muscle which I accomplished. This PC round was exciting to be apart of. I finished the first round so going into the second round i was more equipped with the knowledge and accessories (Dymatize, pre-workouts, food). Highs would be seeing my body keep changing and knowing im Healthy in the process.
Anything you are super proud of or want to share?
Rich Piana “If it ain’t burning you ain’t growing”. Dana Linn Bailey light weight high reps. Once you embrace that burn and pushing yourself to failure then you can really make some great advances. Eating and working out together IS A MUST! there is no one or the other. If your going to get the best result those two thing must be done day in and day out and it can be a choir but in the end its well worth the TIME. I started seeing bicep, tricep and shoulder seperation, striations in the upper part of my chest. Listening to tony and sagi and doing exactly what they are saying is important(motivation when your tired, tips on a certain exercise, personal trainer in your house)! Thanks to wayne and david for putting this all together!!

Briefly describe your PC experience. What were you highs? Were there any lows over the 90 days?
The highs I experienced included excitement at seeing numbers on the scale and measuring tape get smaller; truly enjoying the feeling after working out; gradually seeing a real change in my reflection; getting stronger physically and mentally; and pride in watching the PC Crew shrink and realizing about the time that it got to 38 that I was actually one of those 38!! And I had stuck with it longer than over 100 other people! The lows were disappointment in the specific areas that were losing weight to start; a few days where I truly wanted to give up; not being able to partake in some group food-related activities; and occasionally a sense of neverending-ness.
Anything you are super proud of or want to share?
I am just super proud that I made it to the end! Especially because I previously was unable to make it past a month or so of consistently working out and eating right. I successfully completed the 21 Day Fix, but fell out of PiYo halfway in and then took about a 6 month hiatus from exercise and slowly got into some very bad nutrition habits. I feel that this challenge has increased my discipline in being accountable for my own actions without the need for a daily accountability check and I hope it continues:)

Briefly describe your PC experience. What were you highs? Were there any lows over the 90 days?
There were a few late night wake ups in bed in sheer panic thinking I hadn’t checked in! That was the one “down side” in this adventure. I definitely pushed harder in my workouts and learned how to plan better my weekly meals. Planning was THE KEY to my success!
Anything you are super proud of or want to share?
I am seriously considering making a push to enter a Body Building Phyique competition in 2017! These last 90 days have sparked something in me that has been dormant for years!

Gives motivation and doesn’t let you skip workouts. 90 days without cheat days is cool too. I never track my nutrition on weekends before. My goal was maintain weight first 60 days and then cut fat at the end. That’s why my results no so visual, but I got strength and endurance. Going to bulk on next session but not sure if Hammer and Chisel is good for bulking. You was right Wayne when you said that we will be other persons after completing Perfection Crew challenge, Thank you. And special thanks for hybrid schedules.
Anything you are super proud of or want to share?
Got neck pain four weeks ago. Didn’t quit, just switch from BodyBeast/P90X3 hybrid to BodyBeast/Max30 hybrid, lowered weights and focused on form. Neck pain gone but now I have jaw pain need to recover and quit weights for a while.
