How are you doing? I hope you are still taking charge of your health and fitness. Either you control it, or it controls you. It’s very easy to fall off the wagon and return to bad habits. Being lazy is so much easier than getting off your rear and working out. Eating quick, easy, fattening, fast food is so much easier than planning ahead to eat healthy meals. Resisting those urges for sugar, salt, and fat take determination and commitment. Are you winning the battle or are you a casualty? If you are winning … CONGRATS! Keep it up! If you are a casualty, time to look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself how important your health is. It’s no one else’s fault. You can do this! But will you? How bad do you want it? Only you can make that choice.
