I’m having a total blast! I’ve spent the past couple weeks sampling the Body Beast workouts in preparation for our teamRIPPED BEASTS Challenge, which started Monday. I drank Vegan Chocolate while at the Summit meeting last week, and it tasted pretty much exactly like the regular Chocolate Shakeology I’m used to. If I were doing a taste test with both the vegan and the regular, side by side, I’m sure I could find some subtle differences, but without the regular there to compare it to, I would have totally thought I was drinking the exact same Shakeology I’ve been drinking for 2 years. So if you are wondering about taste / texture, there isn’t much difference. There is, however, the benefit of the all vegan formulation for those wanting to avoid whey / dairy / animal based proteins in your diet.
