Check these folks out!

Hey teamRIPPED!

I changed the title of this week’s check in, cuz this is all about checking out some amazing success stories!  We all come from different walks of life, with different starting points.  But each of us have a champion inside us just waiting to break out!

But first, a quick update on the X2 Crew shirts = they were originally supposed to ship out last week, but since we had so many orders placed, it turned into a bigger job than Justin, our T-Shirt stud, could turn around that fast.  So the shirts are still in printing and will be shipped out the first of next week.  I didn’t want anyone to worry that their order had been forgotten.  They will be worth the wait!

I told y’all last week that we had TWO MORE winners of the Beachbody Challenge from teamRIPPED in the month of April but at the time I hadn’t found out who.  Well, these 2 guys are definitely deserving of not only the monthly prize (and the nice chunk of change they won!), but they will both be in serious contention for the big $100,000 grand prize as well.  Both Ron and Jason went from typical chubby softie to completely shredded!

Ron H. = Ron actually made the teamRIPPED Hall of Fame after his amazing results in the Misfit challenge.  And he hasn’t stopped.  He is now successfully inspiring others as a coach of his own team, but he still is an active part of the teamRIPPED family.  Congrats Ron on the well-deserved recognition!

Jason W. = Jason hadn’t sent me any of his progress pics so I had no idea he was crushing it like this!  I was floored to see the difference he’s made.  He doesn’t even look like the same guy!!  Congrats Jason on representing teamRIPPED with pride, scoring some cash, changing your life, and being an inspiration to everyone around you!

And for all the ladies out there, aren’t you sick of the fact that us guys are dominating the results?  I know y’all are usually a little more modest and may not want to show off your awesome accomplishments, but I know y’all can bring it as good as us fellas!  Here’s some proof.  Check out Linda C., who just finished 90 days of Chalean Extreme and gave it her all.  And WOW!  It shows!  Congrats Linda!!!!  Next up — she’s starting P90X (her Mothers’ Day gift from her family!!).

As you look at these success stories, you have 2 options ==

1)  You can make an excuse of why you can’t get there (they have better genetics, they don’t have my hectic schedule, they don’t have the stress I have, they don’t have the cravings I have, etc.).

Or ….

2) You can do what I did, and what they did, when they saw the Success Stories of others.  They said, ME NEXT!  I’m gonna do this.  I’m gonna put in the hard work.  I will not tolerate excuses.  It won’t be easy, but I want it.  I need it.  There is no opting out.  I WILL be a Success Story!

The choice is yours ……

And 2 favors that I ask:

1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them.  Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow teamRIPPED!

2) Also, as always, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site, www.teamRIPPED.com, or by logging in to www.teambeachbody.com to do your shopping (If you buy from the plain beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!

Keep bringing it and inspiring others to do the same gang!!

Coach Wayne's soldiers! I'm next.

Doing day 4 of P90X2 tomorrow and i'm kinda scared for total body x cause i heard it's a killer. Any tips for the first couple workouts of this program coach?

It is tough Nathan. Just do your best and forget the rest.

Hey coach. Do you find yourself needing heavier weights? Im thinking about purchasing the bowflex dumbells, but am curious as to what you do once you need heavier weight?

Hey Justin, there are a few moves I wish I had heavier weight for, but only a few. The 52.5 lbs are heavy enough for 95% of the exercises. And on those few moves where 52.5 isn't enough, I just do extra reps. My personal decision is that it's not worth it to me to get more dumbbells just for 5% of the exercises.

Hey Coach! My friend is planning to do a 60 day juice fast. Is this ok to combine with a round of insanity?

I have never done a juice fast Justin so I am not the person to ask LOL. He needs to make sure he's getting all the nutrients his body needs so make sure he's done his research.

Hey coach, I am a pitcher and I just found out today that I tore my labrum (Which is in the shoulder) and will be out until atleast mid july. I am unsure of what I should do with my workouts until atleast the middle of July. I can work everything but my right arm and I can't do anything involving a plank. Any suggestions on what to do?

Sorry to hear that Dylan. Check with your doc / physical therapist to see what exercises they say you can and can't do with the injury.

Thanks so much. Just when I am feeling down, I get picked right back up! Awesome results everyone!!

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Coach, I am on day 24 I think now, and my soreness is gone..like gone gone. it worries me, becasue I dont feel like I am working hard enough now. I am down some weight, but I am having a hard time with the diet plan..I just cant seem to adjust. I am eating way better, but not often enough. I also am not hitting the protein marks I want. I had to stop doing the plyo, my knees couldnt take it, but I did replace it with either another muscle group, or a bike ride. Just trying to adapt. I want so badly to be on this site some day as a success story! I just feel like I am not doing it right, and it is going to cause me to fail, or get little result.

Hey Russ, that's about right for day 24. You are starting to get used to the workouts, and then on the second phase it confuses the muscles all over again. Read my article "Sore" for more details. But you are right on track. And keep working to dial in the diet! You can do it!

awesome results, what a way to represent teamripped, well done

Wow - AWESOME results and way to represent teamRIPPED!!!

great job,,, awesome results

Nice job folks! I love your two options.

Great work everyone! Awesome results! Way to represent the team

Coach, You've created monsters! LOL! Way to go guys! Great results!

Great results guys, hope you go all the way. Only wish it was open in the UK as well, it is a shame that they sell it over here and yet it is not really supported over here by Beachbody. It hasnt stopped me, and new website will be up in the next month or so to help us UK P90X'ers get the best out of it. I want to inspire and help people. Dan
