It’s the week leading up to Christmas… anyone want to have a little fun with a workout :-)
Completed to the pattern of the song: The 12 Days of Christmas! Our very own 12 Days of Christmas Workout!
So it would go… on the first day of Christmas, I worked out and did 1 burpee!
On the second day of Christmas, I worked out crushing 2 jump knee tucks, and a 1 burpee.
On the third day of Christmas, I worked out and crushed 3 pull ups, 2 jump knee tucks, and 1 burpee!
Do you get it?
Equipment you need for the 12 Days of Christmas Workout
Some festive music :) Dumbbells for curls. A heavier set of dbs (most likely) for Heavy Pants. A pull-up bar, and space to workout!
I hope this workout puts you in the holiday spirit! It will be a goo burner too!
