Hey teamRIPPED! As you know, this weekend I was at the big Beachbody Summit meeting in Las Vegas. There was so much going on there, and there are some great stories I’ll pass on to you in my check in blog later this week. I got the Top Coach belt …. and this was not just any old belt. This belt got “Pimped”!!! Yes, just like the Pimp my Ride show, this was the “Pimp my Belt” show. Carl Daikeler was dressed up like Elvis and sang to me, along with several dozen teamRIPPED coaches (who were also in Elvis wigs). Hilarious stuff and I hope I’ll have some video to share with you of the celebration. Plus, you should have seen Shaun T dance. Holy Cow, the dude has moves!
Anyways, today I want to pass on some breaking news on workout programs and new things coming your way. (BTW if you had been following my Twitter and FB accounts you’d have found this stuff out REAL TIME!).
So let’s get right to it =
1) Body Beast = Orders are being shipped! Some have even received their orders. Body Beast will include very specific set training to recruit more muscle fibers and stimulate more natural testosterone production. This is called “Dynamic Set Training.” The nutrition guide has some serious calories to help you bulk up, and the supplement lineup is also geared to fuel you with muscle building combinations of protein, carbs, and energy boosters. I will probably facilitate a challenge group for the Body Beasts starting in a couple weeks so that everyone has a chance to get their orders made and shipped. On a side note, SAGI IS HUGE!!!
2) Asylum Vol. 2 – Elite Training = If Vol. 1 wasn’t crazy enough, here comes The Asylum Vol. 2, Elite Training! Coming out Fall 2012. 7 brand new workouts with more professional level training to make you the best athlete you can be. Tons of speed and agility work. This is going to be INTENSE!
3) Chocolate Vegan Shakeology = A new flavor for the Ultimate vegan line of Shakeology. Dark chocolate flavors and new additions to the amazing list of super foods. More info to come, but bulk bags will be available June 26th (that’s this Tuesday!) and single serving packs will be out July 5th! I got to try it while at Summit, and I couldn’t tell a taste difference between the vegan Chocolate and the regular Chocolate Shakeology that I’ve loved for over 2 years. So if you like your Chocolate, but want a vegan option, this is exactly what you’ve been looking for. I’ll add links for the Chocolate Vegan flavor as soon as they become available (Tuesday) under the “Shakeology” –> “Buy Shakeology” tab.
4) Les Mills Combat = Get ready for an MMA style workout party! Pre-orders will be open this fall and Beachbody is projecting a December 2012 release date. More great PUMP music and rhythm to push you through these intense training sessions. I got to do one of the Combat MMA workouts this weekend and it was a total blast.
5) Derm Exclusive = This popular line of skin care products has been owned by Beachbody for a while but has not been marketed as part of the teamBeachbody catalog. Now it will be. So you can order it directly through me as your coach and you’ll get it at a better price. But in case you are wondering …. no, I won’t be using it, reviewing it, or talking much about it LOL! And no, I won’t start a teamRIPPED “Hall of Beauty”!! But I’ll pass along any helpful info my wife can share about the products as she intends to give them a try.
