Vivek has a knack for making awesome videos. This is a cinematic masterpiece! I love how it shows his struggles, shares his story, shows his commitment, and chronicles his success in overcoming the hurdles to achieve his goals with P90X2. It’s awesome. And the martial arts moves he mixes in are sweet!
Thanks for inspiring us yet again Vivek! Keep bringing it my man!
Wow Vivek! Serious buddy, that is by far the best video documenting one's journey I have ever seen! That is awesome!!!!! I am blown away!!!
Awesome Vivek! It's so cool to see someone else's specific (and maybe sometimes embarassing) struggles when that person fights through it and ends up succeeding like you did. Really inspiring!
Hey Coach! I am on a cutting phase with asylum right now (day 7) I plan to go on a semi-bulking plan afterwards, meaning that I will be eating a 40/40/20 ratio for macros…I do not want to gain that much muscle, plus I want my body fat to stay low enough for my abs to show (summer time). Do you think that this will work? I plan to do P90X, except switch out plyo with vertical plyo (asylum), and kenpo with gameday. I think that the higher intense cardio will help me with my body fat staying low…what do you think? P.S. GREAT JOB VIVEK!!!
Hey Birsa, I just answered this same question, which you posted in another article as well. But here's the answer again = that will probably be a great plan, but you’ll have to wait till you finish the Asylum round and see where you are at before planning the details of the next round.
Vivek, you are an inspiration. Thanks for continuing to be a great example and a great friend. Michelle Elizabeth DF
Thanks for posting this Coach Wayne!! Thank you for inspiring me and our group is amazing! You words mean a LOT to me! Thank you !!!!! :)
hey coach wayne quick q ..how do u feel about homemade french fries?out of fresh potatoe? i dont add anything just cut them up and put em in the oven and taste pretty good.thks
French fries? No! Baked sweet potatoes (cut into strips and baked are a great alternative. White potatoes in general are not a good choice.
Well done Viveck. Nice to see something a bit different than people rocking out the big moves. If I kept videos for all the times I fell out of moves or just fell over we would be watching for a lonnnnng time :)
