Weekend Update From SUMMIT

How’s everyone been doing! I’m coming to your LIVE from Las Vegas and the Beachbody Coach Summit!

I hope you are having a great week and looking forward to an awesome weekend. I am having a blast here at Summit and there has been lots of news released at Summit, which I will get you caught up on.

PiYo

Y’all knew about this one, but PiYo is now for sale! This is Chalene Johnson’s own creation of a original combination of pilates and yoga. All set to a faster pace. You could tell how excited she was for the release. She stressed how PiYo is really about taking our normally tight, contracting workouts and stretching your body out to make long, lean muscle. It’s a balance effect to the beating most of us normally give our bodies.

I have the PiYo BASE KIT up on the site already if you want to take a look. I’ll post the Challenge Pack as soon as I have all the info! The CP will be on sale for $140 right off the bat! So that means you basically get PiYo for $10 more than a normal HD Shakeology order. I’m thinking my wife Anita is going to love this and I can see how this program could definitely fit a recovery week roll for us mainly men that only want to BEAST UP ;-)

The NEW P90 – Power 90 Remake!

I gotta be honest, this one pumps me up!!! I had a little thought that this was coming. This will definitely be workouts that will be a true ON RAMP to other programs, like P90X, X3, etc.

Shorter, easy to follow and modify programs, lots of band work. Just a great way to get going. Cuz let’s be honest, a lot of X3 moves were HARD! I had to modify and work back into some harder balance moves (hello weighted pistols!). You can still start with X3 but this will be an even more accessible ramp up.

It will come out this FALL and I will give you all the info I have, as soon as I have it. Tony was really pumped for it and I know it’s going to help tons of people starting out and give them that confidence to do programs they may have be intimidated by.
